      Outstanding company to work with in their product by far is the best flagpole I've ever owned. The quality and workmanship are awesome.

      I ordered and received a Black Orion V3 flag kit. Upon opening the kit, I was impressed with the quality and the appearance of the black flagpole. However, I did notice a significant number of scratches and marring on the black finish that prompted me to contact the Service First Products ***. I spoke to ****** who was very professional and responsive. He asked that I simply provide photos of the issue. Once the photos were received, ****** acknowledged the quality issue, sincerely apologized, and indicated a replacement flagpole would be provided. Not only did I receive a replacement flagpole, but entirely new kit arrived that was totally unexpected. Coming from 34 years in corporate America in a sales capacity, I can appreciate outstanding customer **********************. ******************************************* Products and ****** exemplified that level of customer ********************** and satisfaction. Quality products and customer **********************. I will not hesitate to recommend Service First Products! By the way, many of my neighbors have commented on the fine appearance of my flag.

      Just installed our new Old Glory Flagpole. It was a very simple install, easy to follow instructions. Very impressed by this product. Very strong 11 gauge steel and it looks fantastic. The kits come with everything you need to get old glory flying on your property. Customer ********************** is very responsive. As a veteran myself, I'm more than happy to help out a fellow veteran and his business. You won't be sorry with this purchase.

      Purchased my Service First 25 foot Freedom Edition telescoping flagpole with rain sleeve base plate, touch up paint and finial light. First of all the 11 gauge aluminum rated for 100 mph winds is sturdier than any flagpole Ive ever owned. The buttons to release each section to raise and lower the flag pole are easy on the fingers and smooth. The satin black paint coating is such a step up from my plain aluminum pole I had previously. And the plaque that comes with it is a beautiful accent. Last year I purchased their flagpole light kit for Christmas and it was a big hit in the neighborhood in patriot mode it is a great way to showcase the flagpole in the middle of winter.. Everything about Service First is high-quality including their customer **********************. I look forward to supporting this great Veteran-owned business in the future.

      Disappointing experience with Service First customer ********************** ?I purchased their Delta 25' Black Telescoping Flagpole with Gold Eagle Finial on 8/7/25 for $288.97 ($249 flagpole + $39.97 finial).Just 15 days later on 8/22/25, they offered their "1776 Edition Black" flagpole with the same finial for $259.97 - essentially the same exact product with only a different plaque, saving customers ******** I politely asked if they would honor the price difference with a $29 refund, they refused. Their reasoning? The plaques are worded differently, so they claim these are different products. They also tried to justify it by saying the 1776 Edition was "more expensive" and the finial was "free" - despite the total being $29 less than what I *******'s disappointing when a company won't stand behind their customers for a price drop that happens just two weeks after purchase, especially when it's essentially the same product. The double-talk about pricing differences was particularly frustrating.I expected better customer ********************** and flexibility from Service First. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to do business with them again.

      Ordered the flag pole adapter, advertised to fit 1 7/8 inch existing. I have spent nearly ***** minutes trying to get it installed. Even used some penetrating oil and only got it down 3 inches.Despite my photo evidence to the customer **********************, they claim my existing pole was too small and refuse to do anything to assist me.

      We purchased our first flagpole for our new property because of the military and service connection of Old Glory. Our pole was damaged in a storm and after a couple of days of communications the company helped us get a replacement on the way. As an Army vet, proudly displaying the flag is extremely important to me and my wife, the only company I recommend to anyone is Old Gory. They stand behind their product and they stand behind the services! **** ****

      I absolutely love my Service First flag pole. My 93 year old neighbor loves it as well. She leaves her curtains partway open so she can see my flag as she sits in her living room. Thank you Service First.

      Great experience. Our flagpole was shipped quickly and packaged extremely well. Installation was easy. We subsequently purchased the holiday light package and cant wait to use it. Email communication with the company was excellent. Outstanding company!
