      I ordered a 30 ft black flagpole kit from Old Glory. I accidentally shipped it to an old address but caught it immediately. They were quick to respond and had my address changed, then had my order shipped same day. I placed a second order for a flag and it was also shipped same day. Great customer **********************, fast shipping, great product, and easy setup!

      I love supporting any business which promotes veterans and their families. I am satisfied with the quality of the products offered, and prices are reasonable. So far, the service and response to any questions or problems has been excellent. I appreciate their willingness to handle any issues as fairly as possible, and I am proud to own this quality telescopic flag pole!

      I purchased 25 Delta telescoping flagpole (Black), black solar and gold Bald Eagle on 10/12/2023 to go in my backyard since I already have a different brand flagpole in the front yard. The 1st issue was the flagpole came all scratched up but yet the box was in perfect condition, zero QA. I called Service First and they requested pictures which I did. He offered to replace it, but I declined and just asked for the touch up paint. The second issue was in December of 2023, Las Vegas had winds that which hit 30 MPH. The 30 MPH winds snapped the cheap Chinese plastic made Eagle topper off at the base and sent the solar light flying which I never recovered. I called and spoke to a lady who apologized for the incident and said she would send me a new soar light for $15! She asked if I wanted the new Eagle topper and I declined because how cheaply made it was. I told her I would purchase a metal Eagle topper made in the USA. Good luck trying to find any toppers made in 3/8, yes thats right 3/8, the industry standard is 1/2 and you will not find any toppers in 3/8. And I highly doubt that these Chinese made flagpoles will withstand 100MPH winds Mine bends so bad when the winds are in the 20 MPH range. My biggest complaint is about how the company markets themselves as Veteran owned and operated which is great, because Im also a Veteran. But its absolutely disgusting and insulting to send any American Flag to costumers that are made in China. Absolutely no American Flag should come from anywhere besides the USA. I only buy my flags from Annin which is the oldest American flag company and Valley Forge. I would love to hear what the Veteran owners of this company would think if Chinese flags were flying on any American Military base today. They are Just trying to pad their pockets by buying the cheapest Chinese flags, flagpoles and accessories. They are selling 4x6 Chinese flags for $49.97. You can buy an Annin or Valley Forge for $46-59 and $39-75 respectfully.

      Quality vs price is right on point. Customer ********************** is better than expected. If you call they will return your call if by chance they dont pick up, even if you dont leave a message. I have ordered multiple times because of the great experiences Ive had. Initially I stepped out in faith but now they have earned my respect.

      So I will say the flag pole themselves are amazing but the flags don't last long. I did a lot of research and Old Glory seemed to be better than the rest. I had upgraded and bought the better flag for more money. Ive talked with customer ********************** and have sent pictures in of what has happened to my flag and per customer ********************** the flags will only last for 3 months. And this was me taking down the flag before storms.

      Great customer ********************** and a great flag pole! I added the light, truck and collar and it definitely stands apart from the standard flag poles. We are water front and it definitely takes a beating but has held up great. I added the truck so it would be easier to raise/lower or replace without taking a chance of scratching the pole. Couldnt ask for a better setup!
