      I definitely support Veteran owned businesses. This business is a stellar company. Everything arrived as stated and in perfect condition. I couldnt ask for a better description, quality of craftsmanship, and quick delivery with detailed tracking information. Awesome product and easy to follow instructions. Will be doing business again soon with them.

      I have to say the telescoping Delta flagpole series is the best telescoping pole on the market! But even better is Service First's customer **********************. We were/are the proud owner of a 25 foot Delta telescoping flagpole. The company claims to test these pole to 100mph winds. Well, on the early morning of May 27th, we were surprised by an unforecast (so I did not lower the pole) wind/thunderstorm. The *** measured winds in our town at 83mph. Though it wasn't 100mph, our flagpole broke in half. After notifying Service First, they offered a replacement at an unbelievable discount!! That's is true customer ********************** and a company that stands behind their products!! We will, forever, be a Service First customer for all things flag and ********************!!

      We just received and installed our new 25 telescoping flagpole and we Love it! The delivery was quick and installation was easy. We live in ** at 8900 where the wind rarely lets up. Old Glory is proudly flying high and looking strong! Thank you for all you do!

      We just installed our Service first 20 ft flag pole. So easy to install and the company provides great videos to help you understand installation steps. We love two miles inland from the Atlantic in ******************, **************. Lots of wind occasionally but from the other reviews I have zero worries this flagpole will stand the test.

      Absolutely the superior flag pole. Service First has it figured out. They are also very responsive to customers.I only gave five stars, because theres not ten !!! If a new Flag Pole, or flag is ever needed . This veteran owned, operated company will get the order

      I've had their 25 ft. telescoping pole for a little over two years. I have seen it stand the test of time with multiple occasions where it withstood 70 mph winds. Recently mother nature decided to put it to the ultimate test and hammered us with 90 mph+ gusts. Well, my pole met it's match and broke.I reached out to their customer ********************** team, and they promptly shipped a replacement at a discounted price. I have nothing but good things to say about Service First. I highly recommend their products, and their customer ********************** is un-paralleled.

      Both my wife and I served in the military and we wanted to support a Veteran owned company. This is our 2nd flag pole in three years and only because we sold our house and needed another one for our new house. Thank You for a great product.

      This is an awesome company with incredible customer **********************. The paint finish on our pole started fading - I reached out to Service First because the pole has a 10 year warranty on the paint finish. They apologized and said the finish should not be fading this quickly. I sent them a few pics of the pole at their request and very quickly, they approved sending me a totally new flag pole kit, including a new flag! Its a beautiful pole and flag, and the people at Service First are awesome!
