5 starsService First was wonderful to work with. They answered all of my questions prior to purchase. The ordering process for my 30 sectional flagpole and all accessories was simple and quick. All parts shipped and arrived within 1 1/2 weeks and arrived in good condition. The installation process was quick and easy. The hardest part was digging the hole.. 5 starsExtremely overwhelmed with the company's service personnel. Requested a replacement of my flagpole holder, damaged by a *********** storm. Within a 5-day period my request was approved and mail to me before the 4th of July holiday.

1 starWill not do business with them ever again nor recommend them to anyone. Bought a flagpole adapter that according to their website fit a 3 inch flagpole. It didnt fit. There response that it fits our 3 inch pole, which turns out to be 2 7/8! Now I have to pay for shipping on the return to send it back. Left a bad review on their website, but they wont post it.Old Glory Flagpole

I'm sorry that you are frustrated. Our Website does not make any claim of 3" and actually shows the measurements of the interior of that adapter as 2.95"
Here is the text from the product description:
"For those looking to install a larger diameter flag pole into an existing ground sleeve we offer the Flag Pole Sleeve Adapter.
This will allow you to install the Flag Pole Adapter into an existing sleeve ranging from 1 7/8 - 2 3/4 inside diameter.
Most of our Service First flagpoles are the wider 2 7/8" diameter. This allows for a very strong flagpole however many customers have a previously installed 2" ground sleeve that they have used with other brands 2" flagpoles. Our Flagpole Adapter allows you to use that old ground sleeve and upgrade to our stronger flagpole without tearing out your old concreted sleeve.
Now available in Black, Bronze or Silver to match your Flagpole!
Note- Existing ground sleeve must have a depth of at least 18" to work properly

We looked at many other flag pole companies and Old Glory has the thickest sidewall of all the other flag pole on the market. 5 starsThe 20ft flag pole I bought is 1st quality, I have had other telescoping flag pole but not built with this level of fit and finish. The order process was easy ,the price was fair and the shipping timely. I would buy another product from them if the need arises.
