      Incredible product and even better customer **********************. I bought the 25 foot Delta Black along with some accessories. One of the products was damaged during shipping and the customer ********************** team quickly sent me a replacement free of charge and at the absolute minimal inconvenience to myself. They were completely wonderful and I'm so happy to support my veterans! I look out the window multiple times a day to see the result. Thank you Service First, and thank you all for your service!

      Wanted to let you and your staff that took care of my order from start to delivery know how very impressed I and my family are with the ordering and rapid delivery of our 20 flag pole & solar light.I placed the order on Monday & by Thursday all orders was delivered. That is amazing to say the least.Im so very honored in not helping small business like Service First but more importantly a fellow military veteran.I myself was a Navy veteran during the Vietnam War from 1972-1978 BM3. Served two tours in *******. Im also a retired police Sgt. of 28 years with the Indianola PD in *****The 20ft black flag pole & solar light our more than I expected!I will most likely be ordering flag poles for Christmas and birthday gifts for my *****************

      Beautiful pole, easy to install. Next door neighbor asked where we got it from. Delivered sooner than expected. Glad I went with Service First telescoping 20 pole.

      We purchased our 30 sectional flag pole a few years ago and have loved it. BUT it wasnt until recently that we truly appreciated the quality of their pole we got hit with a massive microburst storm here in ***** where we saw 75+mph winds for almost 10 minutes and despite our flag pole getting whipped around, it STOOD!!!! Kept Ole Glory flying high and proud!! Thank you Service First!!

      The company Service First is professional in their website and communications! I researched several flag pole companies and found Service First products are well made, high quality and look amazing.We are so pleased with the information provided by their reps and videos to help with the installation and set up. We love our new Service First flagpole and proud to support this veteran owned company.

      I can't say enough good things about this company. I have had 2 flag poles and several flags. The latest addition was the flagpole Christmas lights. Both poles are 25 and telescoping. The first one was ~2 with twist locking. The locking mechanism failed after several years of use. Next, I purchased the ~3 with push button locking. We recently had 65+ mph winds here in ******** and the flagpole held up well. The flags were worn, and the pole tiled because the ground was soggy and the whole system tilted but the flagpole was solid. I received the Christmas lights in mid-June and had them up for the 4th. I received several compliments on them.As a veteran, I support veteran owned businesses but besides that their customer care is top notch.

      If the flagpole is as good as ***** in customer ********************** it should be amazing. He walked me through picking the right pole for my situation. I will update after receiving and installing my flagpole.
