5 starsService First has exceeded all my expectations, from my initial email inquiries to the ease of placing my order. I was thoroughly impressed when I received the email notification that my order was ready to ship mere hours after placing the order. The flagpole arrived today 05/23/2024, one day earlier than expected and in perfect condition. This is a solid company with a solid product that I would not hesitate to recommend. The fact that is a Veteran owned business was just a bonus.Review fromroger b

1 starWould not recommend this company or its products. It was not clear that their product is made in *****. Additionally, after less than a year of use, the flag is extremely faded and not suitable for use any longer. When I approached the company and explained the issue, I was offered a discount on a new flag if purchased through them. Their excuse was that the US Government says a flag is only good for 90 days, so they would not be replacing the flag. Meanwhile, a neighbor of mine purchased a cheap flag from Lowes at the same time, which still looks new. The flags sold by this company are made of low quality materials which do not last, despite what their advertising suggests. The company will not stand behind their product and instead they will try to make more money off you by giving you a discount code to use on the same faulty product again.

all of our flags exceed US government expectations and US ********************* standards.
Flags are wear items and will fade and wear out with time.

1 starBeing veteran owned I did not expect all products even the flag itself to be made in *****. Very disappointed extremely it's my own fault for not checking before buying.
