      A salesman came to our door and said ‘we are in your area and will spray your house for pests for $59. We usually do this ourselves but I was sick and my husband had broken his wrist. They had someone here who spent 4 minutes here. The house still had wasps and other creatures around it. A month later I got another $59 bill on my credit card. Now they want more money to close the account. I feel like I didn’t get what I was told I was getting and the salesman deceived me.

      Moved from **** ** **** ****** fort lauderdale 11 months ago provided information I no longer own home.
      HAWX CONTINUES TO BILL MY CREDIT CARD monthly and refuses to terminate service.
      They refer you to a phone # to cancel which I have done and actually tell you the wait time on that phone # will be 3 to 4 HOURS!!!!!!

      I never signed up for these people service, I have tryed a number of times to get this all fixed and done but no one will even help do anything. When I call I get a rude person asking for balance on a account I didnt order. I have saved every contact I have had with this company just in case of something like this. This account needs to be fixed and removed. The account ******

      This is a predatory company that scams elderly by making them sign a contract for pest services that are NEVER RENDERED. Demands payment with constant spam messages and threatening verbiage.

      I was locked into a contract by stating I can cancel any time. I was billed after attempting to cancel early even with a 199 cancelation fee. They are still attempting to bill me. I canceled months ago. Their employee parks in the neighborhood. They don't service my house but still charge me. He is on my neighbor ring camera. All they say is to call them. When you call it is worst. They are so aggressive and rude. They never respond in email. All I get is update your payment. I canceled . Blocked them from my card. This is a nightmare

      This company showed up at my door sayin i could pay as yard was being treated. They treated yard once and i never saw them again. Now i am constantly receiving bills and texts for monthly services (indoor and outdoor) that are not being done. They never treated indoor area only backyard once and now they want payments for 5 months!!!!! I am also being told i have a year contract with them, which i never said i agreed to and they want $400 to cancel contract. I would like to settle the one time treatment to the backyard and be done with this company. I have made multiple attempts to settle this over the phone but have had no luck, they just keep telling me i still have to pay all the money even though they aren't even providing service. Sometimes they leave me on hold for up to an hour or more and they never come back. As of 10-20-2023 i was able to speak to someone who to cancel my "contract " a contract i didn't know i was signing, and he said that they will bill me for all the months they did not perform services for and the early termination fees and threaten to take me to small claims court. I offered to pay for the one time service and they said no. What a nightmare of a company!!!!

      Since May of 2023 some sales guy came by and told my roommate he would do our property for $20 and i was in the hospital, i could do nothing, i was incapacitated, i didn't get home till late August early Sept. 2023, i've been in and out of the hospital, but, when i got home, the place has been loaded with ants, large roaches getting in, fire ants like an epidemic out front, i asked for manager, he was supposed to meet with me, he never showed up, just sent another exterminator, i demanded to see him, to show him, there were thousands of ants, in one room alone. The cust. service rep. didn't know what to say. Either they refund me, as i did not create this account, and their service is horrible, not the employees, their products do not work at all. I have rodents, spiders, thousands of ants, and house crickets, roaches, and rats, outside and inside the home to this day. I was in the hospital when this account was set up, and was there almost till end of August. Pay me back my money, or terminate this horrible account. Your in breach of trust, your products have left my home full of and with more bugs than ever and who told you to create an account without calling or consulting with me first, the guy told my roommate it's okay to set up account as long as she had my info, and i lived there too.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I don'tI don't care how many times do you count was opened what you need to understand is that you're in breach of trust not me I didn't open up the account I don't even have access to the account. And secondly your products don't work and where in your contract does it say even if the products do not work I must maintain the contract I don't see anywhere on the contract that it would say something like that because I've not seen the contract so I'm being nice by saying I want the contract terminated I could just go to court and show them all the rodents I have in my house and let's see what the judge says if that's what you want that is what you'll get.

      This is one of the worst experiences I have EVER had. Last year in September I had a scorpion infestation. So I called around and price checked. I was told by the Hawx salesman that I would pay $57 quarterly for monthly service. I made sure to verify this multiple times. So I paid the initial $99 for the first visit. The tech came out, late, then sprayed the outside of my house and threw come pellets around my foundation. I asked him about the interior since thats where the problem was and he said he couldnt spray my house inside because he has sprayed his own home the night before and didnt have the chemicals. Then told me about his drug habits. So I called the same day and let them know I needed someone to come treat my house on the inside and was told that it wouldnt be considered part of the initial service. Then I didnt hear a word from them for the next 5 months but noticed they had been taking $58 out of my account every month. So I called and voiced my concerns and was told that it is a quarterly service and monthly charge the exact opposite of what I was told by sales. Then we argued for months and months. I was told that my account would be closed the day my contract was up. Which was last month. I was still charged last month AND TWICE THIS MONTH!!!! I have now been calling for 3 days trying to get my account closed and my money back and have been on hold for over an hour each time and gotten almost no help. And no word on my returned money. I feel like over this conteact I was absolutely scammed I have seen someone only 3 times in 12 months and 2 of those times were within the week I hired the company. I have no been communicated with nor was I helped after being lied to by a salesman. I was tricked into a contract and lied to about it being cancelled. I have tried to dispute with my bank and they always side with Hawx. I am fed up and have payed them almost $1000. Please help me get some money back from these people.

      Service was cancelled at the end April because my contract was up and I did not want to go month to month.They did not provide service after April and are calling me saying I owe over $200.00. I do not owe them anything

      I called to cancel due to one my contract being up and two I was moving, when talking with the first person he was ****** pushy and wouldnt take me canceling for anything finally I caved after him saying he would give a coupon of a free month while I decided the next steps but that I would have until the 15th of the following month to cancel if I still wish to do so, which I made a note in my phone to cancel before then and hopefully get another representative that wasnt so pushy, I called on the 11th of the following month and canceled but I still received a bill even though I was told to cancel before the 15th which I did. Another representative called me the other day. Explain to me that I owed $43 and a five dollar late fee for not paying my bill, I explained to them that I was told I had until the 15th to cancel and she said due to my contract which technically I did not have anymore that my bill was due on the third of every month. Had asked why he told me till the 15th and all she could say was that is my bill date. to pay that bill. Even though they gave me a free month I never had them come out to treat anything.
