1 starAVOID this nasty place. they have ***** infestations and the pest control IF they come is only spraying a bit of bug spray you can just get at ********** nothing that actually works. I also not only had to submit MULTIPLE requests because roaches kept a coming back but also had to submit multiple because they would close the tasks even when no one had come to do anything.3- their customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced there is not a single person in that office that is good for anything. When I lived there (for 2 years mind you) I was heavily pregnant and my AC broke mid summer they said they would fix it when I called in the morning. Then when no one came hours later I had to CALL MULTIPLE TIMES to the office and when they finally answered by like the third call they just kept saying someone will come again hours passed no one came so I had to walk to the office to ask for someone and STILL all they did was say theyll send someone this same process was repeated for like 3 days where by the 2nd day (late afternoon they installed a bad portable AC that didnt even work properly we had to sleep in the living room again I was VERY pregnant MID SUMMER with the doors open to get SOME air. Until finally someone fixed it.The place is also always filled with cops at night and during the day it is not safe. The halls are dirty the pools are dirty the grills are nasty the soccer field is useless cause its barely ever open. It stinks of weed EVERYWHERE.And I cannot emphasize enough how useless the staff in the office is they are rude and do not help at all. We moved out 1 year ago or more now and they are just now charging us from our move out date with no explanation when we went because we know they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE they still have no explanation and their excuse for never answering emails is they have a lot of emailsWe paid Money to break our lease because that place is so awful and still they want to charge more years laterReview fromLatrice W

2 starsI currently live on apartment property managed by Bridge Property Management, in *******, **. I live 30 minutes from the city in ***************************, Ga. My apartment residency is ************************* homes. I currently live in a one bedroom apartment. One of the oldest models and the apartment never has been upgraded from previous property owners. I moved to this location in 2019. I have witness two different managers at this property. I can say the maintenance crew lack a sense of urgency and one associate is still employed but, is often rude to residents. I have experienced air conditioning problems for about two months. They have failed to replace it and I have to wait a couple o days before service is rendered. I am thinking about breaking my lease because they have failed to maintain maintenence. I also, have wet carpet in my bathroom closet likely stemming from a burst pipe underground. Short maintenance staff and non empathetic leading associate.Review fromCandace C

2 starsScammers. Apartments have roaches, the plumbing needs to be fixed in a lot of the buildings. They're always shutting the water off to fix it. Pools turn green. Hot tub works like 1 months out of the year. The store manager is rude. People steal your pizza even. Just trifling. Then they try to charge you for a month after you leave. A whole month still being charged to your account without your knowledge!!! They try to ruin your credit.Review fromHarrison L

1 starEver since moving in, I've experience a multitude of problems. The first issue were the cockroaches in the laundry rooms where they would spread to the entire building. The laundry room doors were never correctly "fixed" so I never had to use my keys to enter. The parking lot gates were rarely ever closed, especially at night so anyone can stroll into the complex. Trash rooms were a mess causing a horrid aroma anywhere from ***** feet away. Never seen the hallways cleaned or maintained. Dog p*** all over the place, so you are basically dodging dog p*** mines whenever you go outside. Says it is a "smoke-free" community, when there is sometimes the stench of either cigarettes' or weed which isn't too overwhelming so that can be a plus. However theft is no joke here. Have been robbed about 3 times, and having to refund and request new items from ****** has been easy, only because ****** does their part. By the way, these thefts occurred in COMMON ROOMS and SECURED LOCKER ROOMS. Was stolen of about $1000 of total value in just 5 months. So it's basically adding an additional $200 to your monthly rent. They refuse to do anything about these thefts besides send 1 single email, yes 1 single email about it ever since I've moved here. Security is basically not even there, they just stare at you while you walk by them staying inside the lobby, which they aren't even visible about 75% of the time. There are also creeps that live here that go through your laundry and also trash the laundry rooms. They constantly raise prices, not even sure where that money goes, probably to the constant maintenance they have to do just for it to break again within a few weeks. The manager, not *********, but I will not say their name. Has said some unlawful things to deflect the complaint that I have had about theft, "We are under no obligations to create a safe living environment". Just an overall terrible place to live with either yourself, your spouse, or a family.Review fromNaomi M

1 starScam!!!!! Apt 922 hidden creek in ********** $500 added to my account after rent was due will go to court if the matter is not resolved.I been here over a year! Never had I had any complaint of smoking! Been here a year if I smoked you would have been getting complaints a year ago! I work for the pharmaceutical company I cant smoke! You sent out a notice of a unit walk through I gladly opened the door I was cooking breakfast she never even step foot in my apartment her mind was made up when the notice was sent! There was no evidence that smoke came from my house when you never even step foot in my apartment her mind was made up when the notice was sent! I do not smoke! I work for the pharmacy we get random drug tested! I even offered to buy a test an take it in the office to prove I do not smoke she said no! to ***** $500 to my account after rent is due an expect me to come up with that she never even set foot in my house you cannot stand at the door an say it was my unit because Im not a smoker! Ive had issues with her since I moved in this is railroading and discrimination ! I even asked the manger to do a walk though herself and she refused! That paper said a walk though not stand at the door then went in the office a the manager was so rude a nasty to me. manager says is well you file a lot of complaints! I said oh this is why yall are railroading me! I have not filed a complaint since the upstairs neighbors moved! I NEVER been late in my rent in the year Ive been here! If this matter is not resolved I will seek legal counsel! The manager also said she will it accept my rent after she put the $500 fee in my account in 07/2 expecting me to have $500 a day before rent is ridiculous never been late not once she did this yesterday 7/2 late fees need to be removed an I should be allowed to pay my normal rent because I do not smoke!Review fromKyle G

1 starDO NOT MOVE HERE. I broke my lease to move in with my girlfriend and paid $2800 to do so after living here since 2022. Plus I paid last months rent, totalling around $4300. I had all the furniture out and had an inspection on 5/8 and nobody said anything about pet stains (there were none) or the nail holes being spackled from paintings. I ALSO PAID A STRESS FREE MOVE OUT FEE of $200 when I first moved in, covering painting which is what they do to prepare for the next tenant, cleaning, etc.Anyway I turned my keys in 5/27 and they did another inspection on 5/30 which i wasn't notified about. The property manager then claimed the rugs needed extensive cleaning due to my *** dog (not sure that is legal) and the walls needed to be repainted (which they paint them anyway)and tried charging me an additional $400 on 6/11. He sent pictures that show no pet stains and clean rugs. That is unethical if not illegal to charge when I have paid a $200 stress free move out fee in my lease which was to cover rug cleaning, spackle, and wall painting. $2800 to break my lease, and then they charge an additional $400 after I am already moved out. This place had a triple homicide and an apartment fire which dishomed people - read the review they left. Helicopters hovering for suspects, car break ins, homeless, letters of *** offenders living here, Roaches, and much ********* the reviews, not the ones that the leasing office asks people to leave. I believe they are hurting for tenants due to crime and have become greedy, which displays poor management and ethics. When I went to break my lease they were willing to bring my rent back down to what I paid 3 years ago. But during yearly renewals they kept increasing my rent despite a studio almost being the cost of a 1 BR.WHY lower my rent?? Because they are desperate for tenants. The place should be investigated in my opinion.Review fromClimmie H

1 starMy sons and I have been living here since 2018ish with no problem. Then 1 year ago new management stepped in and all h*** broke loose. I feel they only cater to, not afro-americans. First had problems with renewing my lease. Red flag there. They kept sending an old file and wonder why my lease would not update. It took them three months to fix it. And the person at the office told us to keep paying the amount I has agreed to for my lease renewal. I have text messages and and screen copies. Now everytime my son went to pay rent, he was approached about a difference while they were fixing their issues, tried to charge us month to month rent. I have text message on t h at as well. They kept telling us to send copy of the text and emails that they sent. Now, today, mind you, rent is due on or before the 5th of the month. That is according to the least agreement. They are saying now that my least states the first. WRONG! And while trying to fix their issues, they told new tenants that ****** can have our unit. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I am soon going in for surgery and I have back issues. They need to be stopped. They are too expensive for the quality of their unitsReview fromNadine B

1 starFirst day of moving in they towed my car.Bugs such as cockroaches are constantly in my apartment even after they come and spray it. Its not a livable place. The managers charged us 50 dollar fee for me hanging up a blanket for 20 seconds when I have CANCER and cant be out in the sun. They dont care about the people that are paying them to live here. They put a big hole in our bathtub wall and lied saying that they patched it up when clearly there is still a hole. Not to mention ***** whoever the lady is is super rude and hangs up on you when she doesnt wanna hear the truth about whats going on.Review fromterry h.
