      shady collections practices and horrible staff. Some of the rudest and most unhelpful people possible. Property managers don't even know how to answer a phone or email

      This property is unsafe! Its also noisy and dirty. People put all their trash on the balconies. Too many dogs. Dog p*** everywhere. Management is questionable. I had a maintenance man enter my apartment unannounced. Scared me half to death. *** lived in apartments for about 10 years and this place is the worst ever. Plus their rents are high and the facilities are poor. In the winter there is minimum ice and snow removal and I as others fell. I broke my neck here. I hope nobody rents from this horrible company. Run fast away and never look back!!

      Horrible business. Horrible staff. Property is trash and the demand for rent but not fixing anything or answering your request is bizarre!! They will reject your rent out of spite. I have even tried to speak with the regional manager of our complex ******************************* and she is not helpful at all! The propertys gates havent worked in years, they have ***** and mold issues, yet they want to demand and raise rent. I cannot wait to move out and never look back. The staff is BEYOND RUDE ABD HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! If it says Bridge Property Management RUN!!! They are a joke and should be sued !

      I was a tenant at this substandard complex in ******** for 3 full years. I always paid my rent on time for the years I was on lease. My lease expired at the end of June as I opted out on renewing (innumerable reasons, documented in my review on their website) BUT, primarily because the rent was more than doubling on 7/22 from $1100 to $2240. They were doing construction on the apartment above and behind me for months replacing counters & adding stacked washer/dryers. There were no improvements made to my unit but the construction noise and smells were awful. I had arrangements to move at the end of June but it fell through. I went to the office, informed them and paid them $717.98 on 7/8/22 (I believe for 11 days payment off lease at $65 per day). I was then involved in a serious car accident, my vehicle badly damaged. I rented a room in Highland county immediately but because of issues with the car and injuries I remained there for 2 weeks. My last day at the apartment was 7/23. I have a copy of a prorated check for rent in Sebring for the last week of July and all August. In good faith I'd gone down to the office the afternoon of the 22nd but they had left early and left early the following morning. I left messages informing them, on both the office and the corporate lines, and followed the protocol the women at the office gave me for leaving. I left messages for them to call me so we could settle up any outstanding bill. Since I was only renting a room I did not update my address as I'm transient, but Huntington Place had my number. I got a strange call from ******* (office) in August asking 'when I was moving out'. They knew I was gone. I lived 1 building from the *********** building was under construction. She said she'd get back to me but never did. Instead, my credit rating dropped over 100 points (from 800) and a letter, dated 1/3/23 from *************** Systems says I owe them $2308.45. I'm 65 and live on Social ****************** and ********* PL Help.

      My son moved into this complex 2 months ago. Its Jan. 6,2023 the heat in his unit has not worked since Dec.23,2022. The management office knows about the issue, today they informed him they have up to 30 days to fix the problem. Meanwhile, he has only 2 electric heaters for a 2 bedroom apartment. Also, he was billed an additional $280. In fees, Pest control, rental insurance etc. There are many other issues, some fixed, some not. He wants to move out. $1600. fee to terminate the lease.

      This manage company purchased ********************** in ********** County **, in 2018. Currently theyre operating this property without a license, and noncompliant with the countys residential code enforcement agencies DHCA *********** of ***************** Affairs) and OLTA (*********************************). In addition, this county has a No-Smoking ban for multi-dweling residential properties, where residents cannot smoke cigarettes and marijuana on the property or within 25ft from property. Bridge Management advertises the community as a smoke-free community and they currently have a no-smoking lease agreement all residents have to sign. Yet, they fail to enforce this policy in their very own lease agreement. Theres no security, anyone can walk onto the property unchecked, and we have suspicious characters (who may not be residents) on the property carrying out suspicious activity. There were 2 shootings on the property since August 2022, in which one person died that we know of. Bridge Management did not notified the residents of the injurious incidents that took place. We heard it on the news, and some residents never knew about. ********** County ******** is strict when it comes to investigating these matters and providing corrective outcomes for its residents. This management company should not be operating in ********** County, **, or anywhere else for that matter.

      This Apartment complex and the Manager is a JOKE! Back in Sept 2022 my floor had a bouble (that was reported). When my new table was ibstalled the bouble popped and my floor had a rip. The size was literally 10" by 10" or even less. They are charging me ******!!! REALLY???? So they fix it and dont tell you the price or even give you an estimate to OBLIGATE you to pay. This place and the managers are getting out of hand!! I am so worried to stay in this place. God knows what they will want to charge when I leave. These people ahpuld be investigated. Neither managers or corporate care about their RESPONSIBLE TENANTS!! I Have it all in writing and want a FAIR estimate....NOT an estimate that has ANY LOGIC FOR A PIECE OF VINYL!!!!!!!!
