You implied all the independent Arizona stores are involved with this behavior and we are very sorry this maybe happening. 1 starZaggs products have never been great, but they've warrantied them. We'll that has ended. Liquid shield is now not warrantied by zagg. This coupled with terrible customer service makes them a terrible company to trust your phone and money with.ZAGG, Inc.

1 starThe protector peels from the edges and shifts covering the camera. This replacement lasted only 3 months. I consider these very pricey. Yes they offer replacements, but you always have to pay shipping which probably is more than the cost to manufacture them, so they are not really losing anything. When I called to see what is going wrong, I was told some only last a couple of weeks. For the price you should not have to replace them quarterly.ZAGG, Inc.

The replacement invisibleSHIELD is in fact free, and as many times as you should need it for the lifetime of your device. As stated on the website we ask our customers to provide a credit or debit card and cover the small shipping and handling fee of the replacement (which is $9.99 + tax if applicable, in the ********). This includes a completely new shield, installation tools and appropriate packaging to make sure your product arrives safely and in perfect condition, as well as handling to process your order. We apologize if this process is confusing and frustrating, as ZAGG does not intend to mislead our customers in any way through our advertising. In reviewing your history, you have only ordered three items from us directly and we waived the last shipping and handling fee: September 14th, 2023, paid s&h February 21st, 2024, paid s&h June 6th, 2024, free It is interesting you said we tell customers some *********************** last only weeks. That is far from being correct. If the InvisibleShield is installed correctly it should typically last more than a few weeks. However, depending on the everyday wear and tear, and where the device is typically stored, purse, pants pocket with other items in it, and what type of case you are using, etc... There will be circumstances which may cause the InvisibleShield to begin to become loose, which are beyond our control. We certainly have customers who choose to replace their ********************** more often than others, and some customers whose ********************** will last years and never need replacing. We do recommend following these installation tips so that you give the InvisibleShield enough time to adhere to your device properly: 1. Before installing, remove all cases from your watch or phone. 2. Try to install this at night right before bed. The longer it sits without being used or handled, the better it will adhere to the screen. If you've got a watch, do not wear it overnight after installation. 3. After it is installed, try laying it face down so gravity will help it stick even better to the watch or phone face, you can also lay something heavy like a book on top to help it along. 4. If there is a case, do not install it on the phone/watch for 24 hours to help minimize the chance of the case pushing up the InvisibleShield itself. 1 starI have had much success with Zagg until now. I had originally purchased a screen protector for my galaxy watch 4 44mm through ******* and registered it with zagg. I had ordered 2 replacements since which fit just fine. The third time I ordered a replacement, their system somehow showed my item as a 40mm instead. When I ask them about being sent the wrong one, after much back and forth, they tell me that I don't have the 44mm. I even sent pictures of the original screen protector next to the one they sent, along with the original purchase receipt and they have ignored me. I am absolutely ****** off beyond belief. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After reading the other reviews online, I am now seeing a trend.ZAGG, Inc.

In reviewing your history, we can confirm you have always ordered a 44mm for your ******* Galaxy Watch4 since 2021. How and why the agent told you we have a registration for 40mm was incorrect, but we have made our management aware of this situation. We also have an issue in which customers ordering a *************************** were receiving the 40mm and this is currently being corrected at our fulfillment center, so we are sincerely sorry if our error caused you so much aggravation as you said, I am absolutely ****** off beyond belief. 1 starI guess this is the only way to contact ANYone at zagg via online that isn't a UI. No, I don't want to call, I work in tech so this isn't a "turn it off and on again" customer service issue. I've even provided my name and personal email If you have questions. I have even looked through spaces on and offline in the community and how surprised am I to learn your brand is becoming despised. I feel so strongly about this that I came here and wanted to let someone know: Inability to email? $10 Shipping when your product fails? You were close to having me *** you guys in my business but thank god something went wrong, I got to see how truly front-end this operation is. I just hope someone can show this to someone important, I know it won't happen but know I'll revel at Zagg's ***utation once consumers catch up to the IT world's opinion of you. 5 starsTempered glass screen protector for S24 ultra. Excellent screen saver. Way better than the hybrid ones. So glad they came back with Tempered glass for the ******* phone. I've seen many report issues with the thumbprint scanner, but I have not experienced any issues after 6 months use. Excellent customer service as well when I damaged my 1st screen for this phone. New one was her after a few days and they even waived the shipping fee.ZAGG, Inc.

1 starI wish I checked the bbb before purchasing this product. I purchased a screen protector in-store when the pixel 8 was released. The person said that these have warranty and I should be able to get a replacement if it is ever damaged. Everytime, I tried to complete the transaction it would give an error. If I put a screenshot protector full price into my cart, there's no problem. I finally got the replacement transaction to go through if I used Amazon pay. Several days later I get an email that it is out of stock. I'm going to just purchase my next one from somewhere else, so don't bother with replying with what I can do to get a replacement.ZAGG, Inc.

1 starThey advertise a lifetime warranty but what they dont advertise is that you have to pay for shipping! WTH? As if spending $60 wasnt enough. Youre better off just buying a screen protector on Amazon for half the price or less. And BTW, its been a month and a half since I bought the screen protector and it already broke!ZAGG, Inc.

1 starFirst my product was not listed in my account. Got added by customer service but out of stock. Get email back in stock but, I cant order it. Customer Service says they are back in stock for sale not for warranty. They would not budge to send me one. That is pretty unfair to customers that bought your product and need to replace broken shield to protect phone. I could replace with a different one they have. No, I want the one I got. No choice but to buy someone elses product or hit and miss checking on ZAGG website. Again a pretty terrible thing to do to your customers. ********************** had lost a customer. Even though you did not list the product you wanted in this complaint, we were able to see your communication from yesterday July 31st. We are not sure what happened, but the product listed the InvisibleShield Glass Elite Privacy 360 Apple iPhone 14 Plus/13 Pro *** in the communication is available for warranty, and we placed a free order for you today. Due to privacy reasons, you will need to log into your ZAGG online account to see the order. It is shipping to the address on file, and once shipped you will get an email with the tracking number. Please note processing may take a day or two before the order ships. If we made an error and did not select the right item for you then you will need to reach out to us and let us know the item you want, and if there is a problem with the inventory we can investigate when we might receive it, or if there is a technical issue then we can look into it. We hope these actions taken let you know we value your business, and we always do our best to make sure we have plenty of inventory but sometimes our best efforts fall short and for that we are very sorry.
