    Absolute garbage product. Buy an otter box or spigen for a better quality product with a BETTER AND CHEAPER warranty. Granted they dont offer the screen replacement insurance but that too is an additional scam that their vendors will not specify upon purchasing. Their ********** bot is one of the, if not the, least human centric peaces of slop Ive ever had the displeasure of chatting with. No amount of asking for a person will get it to even give you the phone number (which they have buried deep) to call a real human being. Once you get through their ever infuriating phone tree to finally get to a representative, they sound like robots. Only when you complain long enough and bare your heart to them in frustration can you get anything done. I cannot help but think this is a giant pyramid scheme where due to their cheap manufacturing they can take a hit on customer dissatisfaction as long as their C-suite get a bonus from such immoral margins. Do better. And do not buy a Zagg.

We would certainly like to escalate your concerns but with the name and email provided we are unable to locate any account. If you purchased a ZAGG product from a third-party reseller we would highly recommend going back to the place of purchase for further assistance. In case you can provide us with more detailed information such as the order number, email address connected to the ZAGG account and which product you are so dissatisfied with we are certain we can make the situation right. We hope you give us another chance to make things right, but we understand if you dont. You have clearly provided us with important feedback which we will take to heart and thoroughly review.

    I purchased a Mophie Powerstation and Snap+ 3 in 1 Wireless Charge Stand. The delivered the Powerstation. I put in a request to send me the stand and I have been dealing with the ** bots they have as customer service. I called the corporate office today and they are all out for training and I need to go to the website and go through the online support. I wish I could give them zero stars. They have great products but the worst customer service. I am not buying another thing from this company. Zagg if you read any of these reviews you need to change the way you treat your customers.

    Zagg has become a horrible company to deal with. I ordered a warranty replacement and paid an expedited shipping fee, but the item has yet to be shipped. They claim they have 1-3 days for processing, but after 3 days, it still states awaiting order fulfillment. Next Step: filing a claim in small claims court.

    I have a ******* galaxy s24 ultra and purchased the Zagg Fusion XTR3 Blue Light Screen Protector, which has a price tag of $59.99 on the Zagg website. In an 8 month time period, I had 3 of these screen protectors. They offer "free replacements for life" but beware, you still have to pay shipping which is around $10 everytime you need a replacement. I had air bubbles after installation which were nearly impossible to remove, and they were VERY easily scratched. (I do not drop my phone frequently at all) My phone wasn't even able to read my fingerprint 50% of the time. I finally switched to a different brand today and will never go back. The difference is amazing. In my opinion, Zagg screen protectors are NOT worth the price tag.

    Bought a screen protector and after 2 weeks it still hadnt shipped. Checking the status of my order showed no order found. The ** chat is worthless. If you try to call, youre placed in an endless loop. Finally, I was able to email only to get no response. After a follow up email 2 days later, they tell me my product is back ordered. I requested a cancellation and refund. 2 days laterno response. How does a multimillion dollar company have such poor customer support? Im really surprised this is an ***************** Its an absolute shame. I will do no more business with this company.

    Cracked in half the first week I had it on my tablet. Could not get a replacement, nor a refund thanks to BOTH Best Buy (where i purchased it)and Zagg. DO NOT BUY, THEY ARE CRAP!!!! Always read ALL the fine print if you ever get suckered into buying a ZAGG screen protector.

    Purchased a ****** Pixel 9a screen protector. Put in on and registered the product on May 18th, 2025. Entire bottom right on the protector is peeling as of 7/4/2025...Not even a month and its starting to come off?! Tried to order a replacement, but 'they are out of stock'. NOT WORTH $40...not even $5.

If you keep your phone in your pants pocket with other items, then yes, the InvisibleShield may begin lifting sooner than most other customers. We do not recommend keeping the phone in an enclosed area because this could certainly cause the InvisibleShield to lift. We can give you a few installation tips to help the InvisibleShield adhere better to your device. A few tips for installation! 1. Before installing, remove all cases from your watch or phone. 2. Try to install this at night right before bed. The longer it sits without being used or handled, the better it will adhere to the screen. If youve got a watch, do not wear it overnight after installation. 3. After it is installed, try laying it face down so gravity will help it stick even better to the watch or phone face. You can also lay something heavy like a book on top to help it along. 4.     I have been waiting for over 6 months to get a warranty replacement screen protector for my Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Their site says this item is out of stock but somehow it's still available for purchase. It's absurd that they can't move new product to their warranty replacement program. Now my very expensive phone has a scratch that I will have to pay out of pocket for. Never again will I buy from Zagg.

    The Fusion XTR3 cell phone screen protector acquired a 1 inch permanent scratch within a month of use. One year later, there are bubbles all down the right side with dust under each bubble and no way to wipe the dust off since it sticks to the back of the protector. DON'T FALL FOR THE WARRANTY!!!! They will charge shipping for you to return the flawed product and get a replacement.
