This company has wrongly charged me twice for their membership. Once when I originally ordered my equipment I was charged twice. Then 2 years later when I was up for renewal, I cancelled my membership well before my renewal period. and the next day I was charged. I never received an order confirmation email and it doesn't show up in my account. I used their website to submit a support request, after 11 days (7 business days) I still had not heard anything after many attempts. I chatted with a robot and that led nowhere. I finally was able to call them and waited 45 minutes before I was able to talk to a real person. She was amazing and helped me with my refund. I am still waiting to receive it via original payment method though. The person I chatted with was absolutely useless. I will be selling my equipment with the amount of effort it takes to get support and being charged wrongly twice.

August 22nd 2019 I purchased a NordicTrack treadmill (NTL19819) for ~$1,100. The warranty covered the motor for 10 years. The treadmill has always been kept inside and clean. One day recently it stopped working. The screen boots on like normal but the motor doesn't work or make any sound. To get a tech to come out and look at the machine to USE the motor warranty it costs AT LEAST $160 (this does not include taxes and TRIP FEES). They also do not include schematics to repair yourself (this is common with power tools). Overall for a treadmill I paid 4x what I could have paid, because I thought I was getting a long term investment product I received the short end of this stick. autumn (7/19/2024, 3:13:02 PM): Okay so what you're saying to me is to use the warranty included with this machine I have to pay for a tech to officially diagnose the machine then if it happens to be the motor it'll be covered but if it's anything else I have to pay out of pocket? ****************** (7/19/2024, 3:14:15 PM): Correct. The motor has to be diagnosed the issue for it to be sent out under warranty. You can choose to self install the motor or have a technician install it once delivered autumn (7/19/2024, 3:15:14 PM): If it was the motor I do not get reimbursed for the tech fee to come out and diagnose? ****************** (7/19/2024, 3:15:22 PM): No

i purchased two pieces of equipment from Nordictrack with the IFit technology. the issue is not with the workout program itself but when purchasing said equipment i set up for autopay. funny how ifit comes out every month but magically not my equipment. i am the one who found the mistake and have been trying to contact them for weeks, sitting in hold for 30 minutes plus without ever reaching an agent every single time. i cant access my account online. im over it.

No stars if that was an option. Bought a newly manufacture 2020 RW900 rower in Oct 2020. three months ago the console stopped updating. They cannot replace the console because it is no longer in stock. They will not tell me how to update the console myself. This is $2000 down the drain for a product I can no longer use. How does a company get away with this? They part department sent me a list of third party used parts resellers to replace the console. That's my only option I'm told.

I purchased a Proform 2000 treadmill in 2021 with the expectation that it would be a reliable piece of exercise equipment. However, in recent months, I encountered a significant issue that has rendered the treadmill unusable. After a recent software update provided by Proform, the treadmill's console became completely non-functional. The software update appears to have bricked the console, leaving me with a treadmill that I cannot use. This issue is not isolated to my experience alone, as other customers have reported similar problems (please refer to the reviews available online for further evidence).Upon contacting Proform's customer service to resolve this issue, I was informed that I would need to pay over $400 to repair or replace the console. This charge is unacceptable, especially considering the problem originated from a software update that Proform itself issued. As a consumer, I should not be held financially responsible for rectifying a problem caused by the manufacturer's error. This business has clearly lost it's way. Proform is not representative of the business climate in ****, which is otherwise exemplary.

I bought an upright cycle from Nordic Track in the Fall of 2019. I have barely been able to use it because of the long periods of time that different parts were broken and the enormous friction involved with getting anything addressed. Instead of just admitting that the bike was a complete lemon and offering to replace it, the company kept insisting on sending out technicians and ordering new parts. I now have a Frankenstein of a machine that no longer works at all. At this point, I just want the company to pick it up and at least do something with the working parts, otherwise I have to throw out the entire thing. I will never buy an iFIT or NordicTrack piece of equipment again. Terrible product, terrible customer service, and never a reliable resolution to a problem.

Stay away from this malicious brand/company. I bought a Nordictrack C990 treadmill in 2020 and now 4 years later I cant use it because of a mandatory software update that bricked my machine. I contacted this company and they want $600 to fix an issue that they knowingly caused. Every time I start the machine it says Unfortunately iFit Cardio has stopped and will not load up just keeps looping around to the same message no matter what I do. I cant even put the machine into Privileged mode. I joined a lawsuit against this company since they want to brick peoples equipment so they can profit from out of warranty repairs.

I purchased a brand new NordicTrack x22i on 4/06/2024. The treadmill was delivered, 5/01/2024 with purchased white glove assembly to avoid any set-up errors. I attempted to use this brand new treadmill 20mins after it arrived. In the middle of the set up process the screen shut off and the fans intermittently spun. So I immediately contacted NordicTrack customer service after 2hrs and much frustration a service ticket was created for new circuit *************** wire on my BRAND NEW $3000+ treadmill. Service tech came out, said there was nothing wrong with the treadmill and refused to replace the parts that were sent. Despite what Im sure was a thorough exam by the technician, the treadmill continues to randomly and DANGEROUSLY shut off at random. Another ticket was placed but no contact has been made to me for an appointment. The only continuous response I receive is we apologize for the delay and some other filler words. At this point Im not quite sure what to do or how its acceptable for this company to get any money towards a DAY ONE safety hazard.

I would leave a zero if I could. I bought a 2,000-dollar bike in 2020, but I have hardly been able to use it due to personal medical reasons (I broke my ankle and have had 2 miscarriages, so I haven't even been using the bike. It has been perfectly safe and it in brand new condition). I have used it less than 10 times and went to use it and it wasn't working. I just paid 170 to have a technician come out and service it, but they said they weren't able to fix it (so a waste of 170). NOW, the part they would have to replace costs 600 dollars. I would have to pay another technician PLUS the part to get it fixed, which is another 770! It is ridiculous.

My nordictrack elite 10.9 elliptical stopped working because of a software update. I call customer service and they said they do not support this machine anymore. How can they mess up a software update and say they don't support it anymore. None of the buttons work in the system anymore like basic functions speed, resistance, etc. at this point I'm trying to see if there's a legal way to handle this. They don't stand behind their product and very irresponsible customer service.
