I bought a Nordic Track Threadmill in January to help me with the fitness for my whole family. This cost me a good $1000 for the machine. All was rosy and good for the first two months. But later, it just stopped working. After multiple multi-hour calls with the customer support. they sent us a technician who told it is a lubricating issue and applied lubricant. Two weeks later, the same story and this time, they sent a motor replacement. Two weeks later, the same story and they are sending a thread replacement. I am trying to get a refund or replacement for my machine and the customer support just does not budge. It is hard enough to keep the workout routine without hardware issues. but with all these issues, it is just not working out. I hope the ******* has better products and better customer support

Do not buy a Nordic track treadmill or anything by Nordic track. Their products do not last and they are a joke for service. You have to pay up front for a technician to come out. They dont call, dont show and wont answer calls. I am out 200. Wont be fooled again.

I have found it impossible to cancel my iFit subscription, which I never intentionally signed up for. This has led to hundreds of dollars in subscription fees that they have unjustly charged me for.I am shocked that a company connected to NordicTrack would ever handle business in this manner.

Purchased a NordicTrack Elliptical.Upon inspection at time of delivery discovered the equipment was operational but damaged.Damage occurred pre-packaging as the shipping box was fully intact.Initially, refused replacement and advised broken parts would be shipped.Agreed to receipt of broken parts and repair.Later advised that the the parts are no longer available.Offered no solution or compensation.iFit (responsible for NordicTrack) exercised delay tactics, refused to remedy our situation and refused to take responsibility.I recommend purchasers avoid buying a NordicTrack as the equipment cannot be adequately services and repaired.I recommend you do not trust iFit to take corrective action or be responsibility for any of their product or services.

I purchased a commercial Noric Track treadmill over 2 years ago and shortly after purchasing the machine began to have issues with incline and decline. I informed the company and a tech was sent out who ordered parts. He also told me this was common with this model and it was discontinued. The parts arrived and were replaced with no improvement. Additional parts were ordered and again there was no improvement. I asked for a refund or replacement at that time but was told that they still needed to have the tech try additional troubleshooting. All these visits were delayed due to poor communication from ICON customer service. I wisely purchased an extended warranty and eventually another tech arrived and ordered more parts, after additional delays the parts arrived and the tech returned and replaced the parts, leaving the machine 100% non operational. Over the last 2 months ICON has told me twice they have escalated my issue to a 48hr response and there has been no contact. Today I received an email from **** stating I no longer fall under their warranty and I need to contact the company I have the extended warranty with. Do not do buisness with the company or purchase any of its brands, and be aware the they force an IFIT subscription on you to run any programs and do not have the ability to self program, its a big scam!!! My review is a -5

This company has wrongly charged me twice for their membership. Once when I originally ordered my equipment I was charged twice. Then 2 years later when I was up for renewal, I cancelled my membership well before my renewal period. and the next day I was charged. I never received an order confirmation email and it doesn't show up in my account. I used their website to submit a support request, after 11 days (7 business days) I still had not heard anything after many attempts. I chatted with a robot and that led nowhere. I finally was able to call them and waited 45 minutes before I was able to talk to a real person. She was amazing and helped me with my refund. I am still waiting to receive it via original payment method though. The person I chatted with was absolutely useless. I will be selling my equipment with the amount of effort it takes to get support and being charged wrongly twice.

August 22nd 2019 I purchased a NordicTrack treadmill (NTL19819) for ~$1,100. The warranty covered the motor for 10 years. The treadmill has always been kept inside and clean. One day recently it stopped working. The screen boots on like normal but the motor doesn't work or make any sound. To get a tech to come out and look at the machine to USE the motor warranty it costs AT LEAST $160 (this does not include taxes and TRIP FEES). They also do not include schematics to repair yourself (this is common with power tools). Overall for a treadmill I paid 4x what I could have paid, because I thought I was getting a long term investment product I received the short end of this stick. autumn (7/19/2024, 3:13:02 PM): Okay so what you're saying to me is to use the warranty included with this machine I have to pay for a tech to officially diagnose the machine then if it happens to be the motor it'll be covered but if it's anything else I have to pay out of pocket? ****************** (7/19/2024, 3:14:15 PM): Correct. The motor has to be diagnosed the issue for it to be sent out under warranty. You can choose to self install the motor or have a technician install it once delivered autumn (7/19/2024, 3:15:14 PM): If it was the motor I do not get reimbursed for the tech fee to come out and diagnose? ****************** (7/19/2024, 3:15:22 PM): No

i purchased two pieces of equipment from Nordictrack with the IFit technology. the issue is not with the workout program itself but when purchasing said equipment i set up for autopay. funny how ifit comes out every month but magically not my equipment. i am the one who found the mistake and have been trying to contact them for weeks, sitting in hold for 30 minutes plus without ever reaching an agent every single time. i cant access my account online. im over it.

No stars if that was an option. Bought a newly manufacture 2020 RW900 rower in Oct 2020. three months ago the console stopped updating. They cannot replace the console because it is no longer in stock. They will not tell me how to update the console myself. This is $2000 down the drain for a product I can no longer use. How does a company get away with this? They part department sent me a list of third party used parts resellers to replace the console. That's my only option I'm told.

I purchased a Proform 2000 treadmill in 2021 with the expectation that it would be a reliable piece of exercise equipment. However, in recent months, I encountered a significant issue that has rendered the treadmill unusable. After a recent software update provided by Proform, the treadmill's console became completely non-functional. The software update appears to have bricked the console, leaving me with a treadmill that I cannot use. This issue is not isolated to my experience alone, as other customers have reported similar problems (please refer to the reviews available online for further evidence).Upon contacting Proform's customer service to resolve this issue, I was informed that I would need to pay over $400 to repair or replace the console. This charge is unacceptable, especially considering the problem originated from a software update that Proform itself issued. As a consumer, I should not be held financially responsible for rectifying a problem caused by the manufacturer's error. This business has clearly lost it's way. Proform is not representative of the business climate in ****, which is otherwise exemplary.
