You need to purchase a membership to use the machine, despite people talking about manual overrides, each software update makes this harder and harder and will change in the middle of workouts. You also can't access your own ******* or prime subscriptions to watch during your workout unless you pay for their subscription. Their customer service team are not very helpful and keep trying to push a membership. Won't work unless connected to wifi.

The fact that you can't even look at your workout history without a monthly membership of $39.99/month is such a scam. I should have done more research. I could care less about the programmed workouts but no workout history? come on! absolutely should have read reviews on iFit... trash organization

After I bought my proform bike they dramatically increased the price of the membership. I should have just bought a peloton. Stay away from ProForm/Nordic Trac/iFit, just get a Peloton.

Poor customer service, does not offer assistance. Leave on hold for several long minutes without resolving issue. Refused to to allow me to speak with manager in regards to my complaint. Instead of letting me speak with someone they suggested just sending a tech out before they even knew what the issue was.

I bought a new Nordic Track treadmill under their trade up program. I agreed to pay a certain amount, paid and was given a receipt, only to be charged $60.18 cents more on my credit card. Supposedly the sales tax was higher, but that doesn't happen at a store where you agree and pay a certain price and then they come back and say, just kidding! Really $60 more!! Also, I am supposed to get a free mat for my treadmill, which is not being delivered until days AFTER the install. Now I have to try to figure out how to move this massive machine to get the mat under it without it bunching up. They should have had the mat at install!!

I purchased a new NordicTrack/iFit treadmill through ******, an authorized NordicTrack retailer, and it has never worked correctly since delivery. NordicTrack/iFit has sent technicians three times, yet the treadmill remains defective and unusable. When I contacted ****** for assistance, they referred me back to NordicTrack, confirming that this is a manufacturer warranty issue. However, NordicTrack has refused to replace the defective unit, claiming they cannot help because it was purchased through ****** even though all service has been handled directly through their support team. After months of failed repairs, Im left with a nonfunctional treadmill. NordicTrack should honor their warranty immediately by replacing the defective product or issuing a full refund. Consumers should be aware that even purchases through authorized retailers like ****** may not be supported properly by NordicTrack.

I had Ifit with Nordic Track 12 to 14 years ago. I loved using it because I could sit at my desk and create maps (workouts) on my computer. I decided where I would like to walk and then made sure that the route had street view then created it. I sold that machine. Three years ago, before I purchased the new machine X32i, I made sure that I could still make maps from my computer. They said yes. Shortly after I purchased, they took that feature off their website. I could no longer do this from my desk on my computer. If I knew this, I would not have purchased this machine. Secondly, I loved that I could get to the ********** watch or look at anything I wanted. In using the new machine, they had already taken that feature away. I am unhappy because I also bought 4 years extended ******************************** I wish I could get my money back. I know that you can still create maps on the machine, however that does not show you what street view is. At 74, it is not easy to stand at the machine to create workouts. They have since taken that feature away on the Iphone and Ipad. Why? They now have the beta version which gives people the option to watch ******* etc, however they eliminated the browse feature. Now there is no way to choose created maps. All I could find was completed workouts. I marked them as favorites but none of them showed in favorites. Why couldnt you just leave that feature alone. Keep the browse feature. Another flaw of the beta version is that you now must press 2 times to change the data on screen. Before beta you only needed to push once. Now you push to show the options & then push again to choose one. Also, the average pace per mile is not actual time like before. Why do they take features away? Please keep the browse feature so I could pick which workout I feel like doing at that moment of the workout. At 74 years old, and I do not know in advance how I will feel to decide which workout to do in advance.

Your subscription is all that matters $2,000+ treadmill, and the only thing NordicTrack/iFit cares about is selling you a subscription. Constant iFit subscription prompts are everywhere when trying to use the treadmill. You can't escape it. Their customer service is laughably tone-deaf. They even criticized me for contacting both iFit (parent company) and NordicTrack when its nearly impossible to reach a real person. Chat, phone, and email are basically useless; the fastest response I got? ******** Messenger, which isnt even listed as a contact option.Oh, and if you want trackable stats, workouts completed, or any progress tracking? That only shows up if you purchase iFit news flash, your fitness watch or phone already does that for free. The purchase of a $2000 treadmill isn't good enough, they need to be able to milk their customer for more money yearly. If you just want to run, dont buy their treadmills. They're not the company they were in the early 2000's.
