      Our iFit console stopped working on May 5. I was told a new console would ship in 7-10 business days. After a month it didn't arrive, so I contacted iFit again. I was told they didn't have the part anymore so they cancelled the order. And didn't have the decency to notify me. They then had me send a bunch of photos of the treadmill and model number and told me someone would reach out in 7-14 business days to get us a new unit. Once again the time passed with no communication, so I reached out once again. I was first told "The series of events you've described since your initial contact on May 5th is completely unacceptable, and you have every right to be angry. To be promised a solution twice and hear nothing back is a failure on our part. I am going to take personal ownership of this for you right now. Given the multiple service breakdowns and the time you have been without a working machine. We need to find a definitive resolution for you today." After giving my information a few minutes later, they ended the chat with me. I called the company. After waiting 28 minutes, they picked up and hung up. When I FINALLY got in touch with someone, I was told there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty (it was under warranty when it broke), was told there was nothing they could do, and that we'd have to pay ($650!) out of pocket to get a new console. This was all after roughly 2 months of not having a working treadmill, after being given the run around, given false promises, hung up on essentially twice, and just experiencing overall rudeness and unprofessionalism at every turn. I will never use this company ever again and will advise others to avoid them at all costs.

      They are horrible. **************** is terrible was on hold.over an hour they hung up on me. I was paying 149 a year and they raised it to ****** they were supposed to grandfather me in since ive been with them over 5 years but they wouldn't. This company is terrible and should be shut down.

      Just as so many other have stated, iFIT products are BUGGY and UNRELIABLE and the company is NO ACCOUNT to its customers, even with brand new purchases.

      I wish BBB would allow me to leave ZERO stars. I bought my Nordictrack 1750 commercial treadmill brand new. Between my wife and I we put maybe 20 miles on the treadmill and the motor went out. After WEEKS of trying to get someone out they sent a technician and fixed the motor.. but reassembled the machine incorrectly. We now have a broken treadmill. The customer service is ZERO. Terrible company.. I 100% regret ever buying a Nordictrack. Awful experience from start to finish.

      Awful product. Awful customer service. Broke after less then a month and we were expected to take apart the machine and fix it ourselves. Worst experience ever. Buyer Beware. Do NO Waste your money.

      I bought a rower from norditrack. Payed it off a few weeks ago, and yesterday I was randomly signed up to ifit without my consent. I received an email saying I signed up and I hadn't. The woman explained they signed me up when I bought the machine. That was false. I never gave any permission for anyone to ever sign me up for anything. The lady apologized and sent my money back. But I'm pretty sure stealing someone's money is illegal. I don't know if IFIT is the name company as norditrack, but at the very least they work together and stole my money. Beware of this company

      I bought a NordicTrack Commercial 1750 Dec. 11, 2019. I purchased the extended coverage for the machine. Three days ago My wife's account would not load into the machine. I could login on line but not on the machine. I spent over two hours Tuesday, 5/13/2025, and over an hour chatting with technical support today and still cannot get an answer to remedy to the problem. The machine is still under the extended warranty but again instead of connecting me to the correct department I was told I need to contact another affiliate to file a warranty claim. I was told that this is a problem that is currently happening and that they will have it resolved as soon as possible. What does as soon as possible mean. Why do they offer extended coverage if they do not try to help you use the benefit that has been paid for?

      I have the Nordic track bike and really hate the ifit program. I dont think it functions well and its slow and hard to find what youre looking for. Good to note that most of their rides are nature rides and I was hoping for more studio rides. When my subscription is up Im not reviewing it.

      There is nothing good I can say right now about iFit. I've been a member since the end of 2021 (their original plan for $144/yr). For quite some time now there is NOTHING new in the way of walking workouts on my treadmill. I get emails advertising "new" workouts, "new" series, "new" challenges, etc, but they consist entirely of walks I've already done, they're just lumped into a new title or series. So I'm stuck having to repeat, repeat, repeat the same workouts and be bored out of my mind. I just got off the phone with a representative who stated that no new workouts are being added to the "grandfathered" plan, only to the new Pro plan that costs $400/yr. Why are loyal customers being forced to pay $400/yr in order to receive new workouts (seems like shady business practices) (not doing it)...or be relegated to repeat the same workouts over and over? Even $144/yr is too much, in my opinion, to never have anything new. The best he could offer was $300 for the Pro....umm, no thanks, that's over twice what I'm already paying. Oh, and not to mention we recently bought a NordicTrack studio bike so I'm sure there won't be any new workouts there as well. So beware, there is no mention of any of this when you purchase their $2,000+ equipment.

      IFIT IS A SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE. I purchased a NordicTrak cycle from ******, signed up for the IFIT to try and get the bike working (didn't seem to work without it). The bike was broken so I cancelled the membership. Three months later there were still charges coming out of our account for $39 a month. I called IFIT and they refused to reverse these charges. The IFIT had never been used.

      I have not heard back from Nordic Track. No one has contacted me by email or phone. We ask that you refund the two months or charges for IFIT charges that are due to us. Please reach out to me directly or respond to this. We don't want to escalate this to small claims. Thank you.
