      They are scamming people. Over two weeks with a broken machine and they refuse to follow their own warranty. Once you show them actual proof of an issue they go *** and you are either hung up on, passed to someone else, or just no answer. They are so dishonest and someone needs to take this company to the courts.

      The ifit updated killed my treadmill it took me two ** this to finally get a customer service rep to reply. They ordered me a replacement console and said it would take 10 days. Its been almost two months. Representative literally told me oh well I dont have info youll just have to wait and hung up on me. I would give zero stars if I could.

      MOST DISHONEST, CORRUPT business! Bought a Commercial **** tread w/ 4 yr extended warranty in June '22. Salesman sold me on extended warranty & presented it that they'd come out for ANY reason, no charge. Within a month of using the machine there was a loud sound from the belt. I submitted a warranty claim. They emailed back with requests to troubleshoot. We did that back & forth for about 2 weeks before they asked me to start taking apart the machine. At that point I asked them when they send somebody out; I bought the warranty for a reason... I'm not a repair person. They told me it would be $150 for a tech to come diagnose problem. I told them I wanted them to come get the machine; that wasn't what I was sold *** now had a defective ******** *** want a refund. They told me it would be $150 to come get the machine. I told them I was stuck & had no choice but to do a fraud claim with my credit card. They told me to do what I needed to do. **************** did the claim & told me NordicTrack had 60 days to respond or the money was mine to keep. Nordic Track didn't respond, I got the money back. I then called an independent repair company to fix the defect. Fast forward FOUR MONTHS; I get an abrupt, rude email from NordicTrack telling me they were picking up the machine & to have it threshold ready. I called to let them know it was a sticky situation because I had now invested a $200 of my own money for the repair, they failed to respond in the time AMEX gave them, and I was not going to take the machine apart myself. They were going to charge me $300 to have it disassembled. They didn't schedule with me for pickup & when the pickup company arrived, I wasn't even home. The next communication I received was threatening to send me to collections. After back & forth & the WORST customer service ever, the customer is basically screwed over. I'm out the repair money & had to find someone to disassemble tread for me. They have some responsibility, but don't care.

      I cannot stress enough how horrible the customer service is with this company. They lie about ETA's, they don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, everyone I talked to there (at least 7 different people, including two "supervisors" had zero concept of customer service- they simply read from a script. If I didn't have so much invested in the machine, I'd throw it away and find a competing company to give my money to. Never again will I purchase any product from iFit- they have only themselves and their lack of caring about customers to blame. Buyer beware- steer clear, there are better options. In the past three months, I have had two major pieces of my treadmill fail under warranty- the control board (computer/screen) and the walking bed. Instead of being upset that their products are failing and needing to be replaced, they are arrogant and do not care if a customer goes without their equipment for 6 weeks at a time. ************* with horrid service.

      I purchased an x9i machine and paid for the extended warranty. 5 months ago my treadclimber stopped working. I attempted to contact iFIT on the phone multiple times and was on hold over 1hr until I hung up. I sent multiple emails, with not response. So I paid $125 for a certified technician to diagnose the issue (still under warranty mind you). It was the controller that was bad. So i called multiple times again, on hold for ****hr again and finally one day got through. I was sent a new controller that took two weeks to get to me, installed it and it didn't work. I tried emailing and calling again, nothing. So I paid another $125 for the technician to come back out and now it was the "new controller" that was bad. I finally got an email from iFIT saying "we received your ticket but looks like the case was resolved"...IT WAS NOT. So I've sent more emails and have heard nothing, no response. So I paid for a warranty that is not providing what I paid for, out $250 in technician costs, have two bad controllers and we can't use the machine we paid a lot of money for. Absolute awful experience and support for a customer that invested a lot of time and $$. At this point I don't know what to do. Perhaps contact every consumer agency I can, contact the law firm heading the class action lawsuit. This is just flat out wrong for a company to conduct business like this and treat customers that paid good money and paid for extended warranties.

      We have a Commercial **** treadmill that has been rendered useless by a failed software update. We have a full warranty in effect. Its been 12 weeks and still no date for repair. Meanwhile the iFIT membership and warranty are ticking away. These guys are terrible.

      Purchase the Ifit pro from Vue mirror Jan 2022 from QVC with a 1 year free membership. Got barley 2 months of use and was unable to use the remaining free Months due to being call away to another state for family issues. Was never told I could pause the time of the free membership. Now when I go on the Ifit March 2023 the membership has expired and Im being asked to upgrade Was led to believe there would be a sampling of free workouts to use until I upgraded. Well no there is one workout I contacted Ifit to ask for more workouts to be made available or at least a month extension of the free membership until I could see when I would be able to upgrade. **************** totally uncaring rude blew me off like a nobody. Would never do a membership with this company and advise others to beware. Waste of **** dollars. This company wont last long .

      One star is too many. I have an x11 Incline Trainer purchased in 2017. I added the extended warranty. I began experiencing issues with it within a year that went unresolved. For the past six years, iFit has done nothing to help resolve the biggest issue with the incline feature. The software department blames the problem on the hardware and when transferred (try to enjoy that lengthy process), the hardware department blames it on the software. At this point, my warranty is coming to an end, and I have reached out multiple times via email, chat, and phone. The wait time to chat or talk with a representative is unreasonable (the call-back option works only if you are near your machine when they call). They responded with a canned response to my email inquiry but did not follow up. I wrote back to them and still have yet to hear anything. As my warranty expiration date nears, I assume this is intentional. Similar to other reviews, customer service is beyond poor, including wait time and actual knowledge about the equipment as well as troubleshooting. After reading other reviews, I see that I am extremely fortunate that my treadmill is still functional, even though I have to calibrate it each time I use it. Just a hoop, I suppose. But I will definitely stop jumping through all the hoops iFit requires and just use it until it dies.

      Purchased an x22i incline treadmill in December 2022. Paid additional fee to have white glove installation. However, the people who installed our machine did a poor job and missed several important screws. This lead to me almost injuring myself as the treadmill collapsed as I was running at 7mph. We had to call customer service at least a dozen times to have a technician come look at our treadmill. Nordictrack needs to have professional installation available as the white glove installation they offer is performed by a moving company and not a certified technician.

      The Tour ******** I purchased had broken down twice. The first time in the first year and they sent someone to fix it right away. I purchased the extended protection. It broke again and I can never get anyone to answer the support line. I have sent multiple emails and opened multiple support tickets. I has been broke for over a month and 1/2. Save your money, dont buy anything from them. What a joke
