    We had a great experience with our solar panel installation. The team came in with an open mind, and when we requested a layout change, the *** promptly returned with three different options for us to choose from. Their flexibility and willingness to adapt were impressive. Even with the changes, they managed to complete the entire installation within just five hours. Overall, we're very happy with the professionalism and efficiency they demonstrated. Highly recommended.

    We cancelled our Ambia installation. They still delivered the panels. They promised to pick them up, the following day. It has been 3 days and they still have not come to pick them up. We called them twice. I cannot find an email address for the head of the company. If anyone has that information, we would greatly appreciate it.

    The group that was here worked their butts off 17 hours one day and three hours the next day it’s a very big project and I think they did a fabulous job

    We had a salesman come to our house and he was very high pressure. He sent us several Docusign documents and encouraged us to sign just as a routine to get the *********** process going to see if we "qualified" for the program. He told us we could stop and back out at any time. After doing research we called him to cancel the project. He tried very hard for us to put the "project on hold". The next day we called and sent an email telling him we were no longer interested as we found other companies that were much more cost efficient. We never heard back from him. We checked the documents that he sent and they were actually "contracts." Luckily we cancelled the contract verbally and in writing on the very last day. This was very deceiving. I would not give them any stars at all.
