    From the beginning, company seemed great , got panels installed , but didnt have a way to tie them into my panel , even though the salesmen sent a picture of the panel before the whole process , took them 3 weeks to figure out a solution, and on top of that they set a appointment up to come tie it on and no one showed up , called them and rescheduled

    Beware of this company. If you cancel the installation and the equipment has already been delivered to your home, they will not schedule removal of the equipment that they dump on your driveway. Repeatedly calling them and texting them and getting the same response "we will contact the shipping company to have it removed and get back to you" When they get back to you after having to follow up with them, they say "sorry, we haven't heard back from the shipping company so we don't know when it will be removed". It has been over a week since we cancelled and the pile of stuff is still sitting in our driveway. It is taking up a portion of our driveway, getting rained on (boxes of supplies getting wet in the weather), and looks terrible. In addition, a lot of what they tell you during the sale (which is very high pressure and we regret falling for it) is not what ends up being the case. We would NOT recommend.

This is not the level of service we aim to provide. The equipment has now been picked up, and we're glad to have resolved this for you.

    They did good to fix all our problems and everything was installed correctly and properly. The install team did amazing job and got it all done fast. Only down fall was the first system wasnt what we wanted but our sales *** did everything to get it fixed
