Transaction 6/28/23
I signed up to pay 1.25 to get a property report that would show my property lines. When I received the report, it showed the map of the area with no detail. I called their costumer service department and was told to expand the map to get the details I wanted. When I did that it still did not show the property line. When i told the representative he said that sometimes that info was not in their records and promptly hung up. I called back and told them to cancel my account. They said it was. A short time later I received a message from my credit card company and was told I was charged 19.95 for a subscription. I did not authorize that amount. I looked back and it was further down in the sign up but not where it was made clear. I believe this is intentional. I canceled everything and was given a confirmation number of *******.
The representative spoke very broken English, and talked very fast.
I believe this was all ment to make it easy to misunderstanding.
I will check later to see if the 19.95 was removed from my credit card.

In May of 2023, I purchased a $1.25 report on my home to know how old the house is. I did NOT willingly or knowingly sign up or subscribe to any membership. I am now being charged $19.95 a month. There is no apparent way to cancel this subscription, and ANY efforts to contact their "support" have been unanswered. STAY AWAY from this SCAM.Initial Complaint

I have been getting charged $19.95 per month for a service that I don't want or need. USRealtyRecords is a scam. They actually just use MLS listing information from other sites which you can get for free anywhere else. I signed up for a 1-time property search on my elderly mom's home because the site said that they had in-depth property records for a fee. They do not. I guess I must have signed up for a monthly subscription but I have made three different requests to have the subscription cancelled and I have not received a reply. I want this subscription cancelled immediately. I am not requesting a refund because if I clicked a box approving it, that's on me. My complaint is against "USRealtyRecords.com Real Estate Services". I was searching for a place I could look for information on a house I was looking to buy. Their ad was $1.25 for the information on 1 home OR to "join" for $19.95. I did "NOT" have a need to join. On 3/16/23 I paid the $1.25 and received no more information about the property than I already had for 1 home! Then on 4/10/23, they auto-deducted from my account, $19.95. Having seen this I went to their website and tried to call them, no answer. I emailed them and told them I NEVER joined, they had NO legal right to take money from my bank account, still, no reply, then a second payment was removed on 5/8/23. I have attached the lines from my bank statement showing their actions. The amount that I agreed to be withdrawn was $1.25. So far, an additional $39.90 has been removed, and I'm afraid it will add up fast!! They will NOT answer, or reply in any way, the only thing they will do is withdraw money monthly. To me this is illegal and from the reviews I've read, I'm NOT the only one they've done this to, they should be in jail!! Having read the details you requested the last on the list was Account/order/tracking number. I'm not sure you would be asking for my bank information. IF you are please let me know I will give it to you, I just don't hand it over to anyone even in a situation like this, I'm sure you understand. This is very serious, I need help asap!! US realty records is a company that charged me 19.95 per month for the last 6 months without my permission or knowledge. I am assuming I bought this service when I was selling my house. When you go to the website - they say to email or call them to cancel your subscription. I sent three emails - no answer ever. When I called them they said they couldn’t verify my identity and wanted 5 digits of my bank account with the expiration date. I said no. They said oh well then we can’t help you nor can we talk to you about your account since we can’t verify your identity.
I never authorized recurring charges for 19.95 each month
Their website says canceling is easy by email but they don’t respond
They ask for bank account information to verify your identity. I think I used hide my email feature from Apple and therefore they can never verify my identity.

This company has an employee by the name of Gil. She works in the customer service department. She has been very unprofessional in assisting me with company. She has called me a “liar” MULTIPLE times through email. After already resolving the issue. She keeps responding to emails with very ignorant comments. I believe she either needs properly trained or released from her job. You should never call a customer a liar especially when I PROVIDED PROOF that I did in fact email the company when I said. I hope this issue is resolved in a professional manner one that Gil did NOT show.Initial Complaint

I was searching for a product that would provide property lines for my home (interested in putting up a fence). This company promoted a product that sounded like it would have these details for $1.25.
When i saw the report I was disappointed that it had nothing that I needed.
This is not not source of my complaint. I don't car about loosing $1.25. What is beyond disappointing i that they started charging me for a subscription service of $19.95/month. usrealtyrecords.com is a scam. Here are the problems:
- the "one time" property record that I purchased for $1.25 contained no information not available on Zillow
- you cannot click "checkout" to make a "one time" purchase without checking an "I agree" box that signs you up for a monthly subscription at an undisclosed rate
- the only way to cancel a subscription (according to their website) is to email them, by which time they will have charged your card for the "membership" you didn't sign up for
These crooks should be held to account.
