I was researching the history of a home and the advertised cost for the report I wanted was $1.25. When I submitted my credit card amount I was not only charged $1.25 another $29.95 was added. This is a deceptive practice and a total scam.Business Response

I made an account with us Realtyrecords.com< and subsequently I am unsatisfied and would like to delete my account. But ‘****’, the only person to answer any phone number related to the business - says he cannot help me. I want to rescind my account. I think this ‘company’ is a scam.Business Response

I never agreed to this charge. I was looking at real estate signed onto some websites and then discovered a charge on my Bank of America acct. for $19.95. Not sure if this is a recurring monthly charge. Called *********************** and the women that answered to phone talked over me about their free item of the day and did not address my concerns at all! I was not aware this was a monthly subscription, I understood that I could use their service for 19.95 , they billed me in March , I was able to get the information I needed and was Done.
