      I've had like four or 5 charges of $19.95 that I have not authorized. I'm not even sure how they got my information to make a subscription.

      In April, 2023, I purchased a one-time report for $1.25. I received an email confirming my purchase of one report. I began noticing a $19.95 charge on my card and reached out to customer service to inquire what the charges were as I do not currently, nor have I had, a membership for a monthly report. After multiple emails from customer service saying that I must have been using a different email when I made the purchase, I sent him screenshots of my email confirmation of the $1.25 purchase showing the email address I had used and my payment history from their website showing only one charge for $1.25 in April. Nowhere does it show that I've been charged $19.95 for 7 months or that I have a membership as "Gil" from customer service keeps telling me.
      Since that initial purchase in April, I have never received another email from them, much less any reports. Just to double check myself and to make sure that I didn't somehow purchase a membership using the only other email I have, I tried logging in with that email instead, and nope, no account exists for that email.
      So, not only are they saying that I agreed to purchase a membership, but that I did so without receiving any further correspondence from them or any verification on my payment history on THEIR website!
      Last night, after 8 emails to "Gil," he refunded this month's $19.95. That is not satisfactory given their deceptive business practices and I would like the remaining $119.70 refunded.

      This company is has been charging me for 14 months without my permission or knowledge. I have no place any where that says I have a subscription through them. There is no way to cancel these charges from happening.

      On June 15 2023 I visited "***************************" and purchased 1 property record for $1.25.
      The company "*** ********** *** - *** ***** **. Teaneck, NJ 07666, USA" started to charge me $19.95 per month without my authorization.
      I lost about $100 from unauthorized charges.
      When I go into my account at *************************** " I do not even see these charges.
      The business canceled my unauthorized subscription but did not refund the charges.
      I found many other people online who suffered the same fraud.

      On Feb 12, 2023 I paid for a one-time service, a report, from a company called "US Realty Records" (****************************). They made two charges to my credit card, $1.25 and $19.95. I then failed to pay attention, and I just found out that they kept charging me $19.95 a month for 7 more months, from March to September. During the original purchase, all I received was an email confirming the purchase of a report, and providing a link to that report; there was no mention of a subscription. When I called them, they claimed that I had signed up for a "premium subscription" with them, and agreed to pay $19.95 / month. In fact, I never agreed to anything like that, plus I never got any service for that money, and it's unclear to me what that service would be. They claim that this policy is in the agreement I agreed to. This means that when you buy a one-time service from them, they hide a monthly subscription fee down in the small-print of the web site, which nobody reads. I consider this fraud, a scam.
      They ended up agreeing to refund me for the last 3 months, but not for another 4 months before that, stating it is their policy. This "policy" is pretty obvious, because credit card companies limit their dispute services for the same period, 3 months, so it's the low hanging fruit. I later saw 4 refunds of $19.95 pending on my credit card, so apparently they changed their minds to refunding 4 out of 7 charges.
      So I am left with 3 (three) payments of $19.95 each out of the payments that I have made to them between March and Sep 2023, which they refuse to refund. Their support reps hung up on me twice after stating that there's nothing they can do to help me, nobody else is available to talk to me, "have a nice day" and boom, hang-up. This happened twice in a row. I have the original email from them from when I made the purchase, and I have credit card statements showing all the fraudulent recurring payments. I am happy to provide them on request.

      We were charged $19.95 A MONTH for absolutely NOTHING. My husband had tried to find a tax record for our property - not only did he find NOTHING on their site, they've been charging us $19.95/month without our CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE! The original transaction was in April (tax season) and since then, we've gotten recurring charges which were never agreed to! We're asking for a FULL refund (they offered us "two months"). This is a total of $119.70.

      I did not know that I was signing up for a subscription. It is impossible to get a cancelation. There is no way to cancel on the website and no one answers the phone, it just disconnects. I have also emailed 2 times.

      RealtyRecordsUS.com has been charging me for a premium membership since April of 2023 when I never signed up or gave them my debit card information. I have tried contacting them and they have not responded. I have disputed the charges through my bank but the way they do business is not straight-forward or honest.

      On 5/16/2023 I visited ******************* to inquire if someone put a lien on my property.
      There is a button on the website that says "multiple properties". I press it just to explore about the cost. Without my knowledge, they silently registered me in Premier Membership. I didn't realize that by pressing this button, I'd have to pay $19.95 for this dubious "Premier Membership". There is nothing on the website that says that pressing this button is to agree to membership. No check mark that let the user agree to the membership. Only after seeing a charge of $19.95 on my credit card I would now what it means. Here are the details of this charge

      I called their phone but no one answered it. I sent an email asking for its cancellation. They answered by email that the membership has been cancelled, but went ahead and charged it anyway. I sent them email to request that this charge be refunded. No response

      This website is fraudulent. It is there to trick customers. They should be shut down for frauds

      I was looking for the tax information on my condo for tax purposes. I realized this was not a good company and cancelled right away. It was billed under a different name to my bank account. They need to stop charging me monthly for no services!
