  Pompa Program has changed my life! My autoimmune issues are improving, and my gut has healed enough that I can eat some foods that I havent been able to eat in years, even though they are healthy foods. That in itself has been life changing! My energy level is better, much less fatigue and brain fog! Im so glad I had the opportunity to do this program. The coaches and support are awesome!

  I recently started the program and have seen some early improvements in my health and inflammation. There is a lot of information on diet, supplements, fasting, products and food choices in the program that are tailored to each individual. The different phases of the program help to navigate all of the information and make it easy to follow. This program is a journey and will likely go beyond 5 months for full healing. It is a big initial investment, but you get all the teachings and have access to the tools for life. The coaches and client success reps are very knowledgeable and supportive. Please note, this is not a quick fix program. It requires work, time, and a full lifestyle change for healing. This goes beyond any functional medicine I have done to treat my autoimmune conditions.

  *********************** is a great interviewer describing the Pompa program! He made sure we understood what he was describing to us and we were satisfied. Its a wonderful thing to be able to attack a disease at its roots!! Up to now I have only been dealing with masking symptoms and getting nowhere!!   I went from being vibrantly healthy to being unable to work my hospital job during pandemic due to shortness of breath. After nearly 100 medical appts reporting shortness of breathe - I went into acute respiratory failure due to a common cold. I thought it was a 1 time thing until I caught another cold - I was on 2-4 liters of oxygen, and could not get rid of a minor cold - for almost 2 months and have a current Dx of chronic respiratory failure with a 3 liter O2 requirement. I started The Pompo program, and within five days of diligently following their instructions, my oxygen requirement went to zero (which is life changing). Im a still on a massive asthma regimen and still take my daily medications, including 4 nebulizers a day but I am seeing my heart rate regulating, and my oxygen going up for the first time in four years. I am seeing positivs changes daily & can't imagine how I Good I will feel in 6 months when I have completed the 6 month detox. it has taken decades for all of this damage to occur in my body - I am working hard to implement all the changes and follow the recommendations. And it is truly a lot of work - but the health benefits that I have gotten so far clearly outweigh the work that I have invested in my health.Because there was so much inflammation and cellular damage in my body. I have had some abdominal pain, bloating, and other minor discomfort along the way, but nothing can compare to the strain of gasping for air on a daily basis.My coach **************** ***** have been really helpful in getting through the rough patches.

  Getting started with the Pompa Program has been a great experience. My initial meeting with ***** allowed my husband and I to get all of our questions answered. We ended the meeting confident that we'd found the right program to get to the root cause and heal my body after years of illness. I have since met my health coach, ****** and also ***** who have taken great care to personalize my experience. I'm blessed to have found Dr. ********************** and his Pompa Program. His team of professionals and high success rate are the real deal.....I've wasted lots of time and money over the years in the name of health. This is one investment that I feel will pay dividends and allow me to finally reclaim my health.

  A note to acknowledge my satisfaction with a program for those who seek to understand their unique and amazing body make up and how to take care of it for a healthy, happy and long life. The Pompa program has given me the many tools Ive been looking for, in one compact, trustworthy source, to attain my utmost health. Todays world works against us in all we ingest thru food, air and other stressors. Our medical system although necessary and good in emergencies situations is not enough, offering bandaid solutions but not get to the source healing.Pompa program is logical, common sensical and an enlightening path if youre looking for a non mainstream approach. Its a well studied and planned path; a lifestyle direction for the disciplined and serious about the quality of their health.Without good health you have nothing.Thank you coach ****! Youre patient, gracious, knowledgeable and so encouraging!
