  I signed up for their program about 6 weeks ago. I have been on the prep portion and now starting the body detox portion. *** had several zoom meetings with my assigned administrator and my assigned coach. Both are extremely knowledgeable about the program but also very kind and personable. As a side note, I thought I was knowledgeable about my diet and foods in general but I have learned so much more! And I have lost **** pounds without trying.I highly recommend this program.

  This program is totally amazing. I find myself in a “journey” that includes my mental, emotional and physical recovery. I am so grateful for my Pompa team Aaron and Brooke they are always there for me. Providing me the information that I need to help myself achieve my goals.

  Madeleine J****** is a great coach for the Dr. Pompa program. She is concise and thoughtful in her contacts toward me and very responsive towards my text questions. I'm 3/4 of the way through my first "body phase" month and I'm excited to start seeing positive changes in my health. I've been able to reduce "constipation help" ie pills etc by 2/3-3/4 currently.   I listen to Dr. *********************** webinar end when you could sign up have the two tests done for $167. I was a little skeptical to sign up because I already know that I have elevated levels of mold and two heavy metals through another functional medicine doctor I worked with. Although I never follow through with the protocol to fix the problem fully. As a postmenopausal woman, I know that part of my issues relate to that so I emailed them several times before getting an answer asking if their coaches have expertise in hormone replacement therapy.. since healing is synergistic that was important to me to know. They basically never answered my question so I got a little skeptical. Everything was roundabout Answer, but never an actual answer about them being able to test for an incorporate HRT therapy.Thats when I got a little suspicious and googled for reviews and found this website. I was a business owner for 30 years and found it highly unusual that there were so many positive reviews on this site. Nine times out of 10 people go on bbb.org to complain and work out a problem with a company. Im asking myself why are there a bunch of five star reviews here with no ones name listed,, just ***. Ex.- **** was a fabulous coach, and a great listener.Red flag to me. Hi scrolled for a while and then found 2 negative reviews of people saying they also wish that they found this website first.one person said that he spoke to an ex employee for the Pompa program and said that they are paid to go on here and write reviews. That absolutely would not surprise **** was so close to pressing pay nowon my credit card, but something in my gut said not to, and to check the reviews first. So glad I did. Wishing people good health in 2024.

  Pompa Program has changed my life! My autoimmune issues are improving, and my gut has healed enough that I can eat some foods that I havent been able to eat in years, even though they are healthy foods. That in itself has been life changing! My energy level is better, much less fatigue and brain fog! Im so glad I had the opportunity to do this program. The coaches and support are awesome!

  I recently started the program and have seen some early improvements in my health and inflammation. There is a lot of information on diet, supplements, fasting, products and food choices in the program that are tailored to each individual. The different phases of the program help to navigate all of the information and make it easy to follow. This program is a journey and will likely go beyond 5 months for full healing. It is a big initial investment, but you get all the teachings and have access to the tools for life. The coaches and client success reps are very knowledgeable and supportive. Please note, this is not a quick fix program. It requires work, time, and a full lifestyle change for healing. This goes beyond any functional medicine I have done to treat my autoimmune conditions.

  *********************** is a great interviewer describing the Pompa program! He made sure we understood what he was describing to us and we were satisfied. Its a wonderful thing to be able to attack a disease at its roots!! Up to now I have only been dealing with masking symptoms and getting nowhere!!   I went from being vibrantly healthy to being unable to work my hospital job during pandemic due to shortness of breath. After nearly 100 medical appts reporting shortness of breathe - I went into acute respiratory failure due to a common cold. I thought it was a 1 time thing until I caught another cold - I was on 2-4 liters of oxygen, and could not get rid of a minor cold - for almost 2 months and have a current Dx of chronic respiratory failure with a 3 liter O2 requirement. I started The Pompo program, and within five days of diligently following their instructions, my oxygen requirement went to zero (which is life changing). Im a still on a massive asthma regimen and still take my daily medications, including 4 nebulizers a day but I am seeing my heart rate regulating, and my oxygen going up for the first time in four years. I am seeing positivs changes daily & can't imagine how I Good I will feel in 6 months when I have completed the 6 month detox. it has taken decades for all of this damage to occur in my body - I am working hard to implement all the changes and follow the recommendations. And it is truly a lot of work - but the health benefits that I have gotten so far clearly outweigh the work that I have invested in my health.Because there was so much inflammation and cellular damage in my body. I have had some abdominal pain, bloating, and other minor discomfort along the way, but nothing can compare to the strain of gasping for air on a daily basis.My coach **************** ***** have been really helpful in getting through the rough patches.
