      I thank God for leading me to this program. After retiring from an amazing 24 year long Air Force career I felt tired, broken and depleted in body, mind and spirit. I decided to “focus on myself” for the first few month’s and that’s when I was led to this program. I watched a YouTube video and then made a call. I decided to be one of the “3 percenters” and with the help and support of my mom and family, I have almost finished the program. Losing weight had been such a hard thing for me to do, or not do really because I had tried everything to lose. I was so discouraged that I had just accepted being overweight. My number one goal was to just feel better physically as I suffer from chronic pain. That was my focus; yet, in the progress of this program, I have lost a total of 30 pounds that I thank God for! I plan to continue this journey as it is a way of life now and I am excited with the results and looking forward to where this path leads and how my body will continue to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually.       I'm well into the the body phase and I'm already showing memory improvement which is fantastic. I'm having more days where I'm not completely exhausted. I know that I'm making progress in my healing. I'm not 100% yet but I already feel better. My health coach is amazing and very supportive. She also has words that lift my spirits when I'm struggling. I'm looking forward to the brain phase and hoping that my health will continue to improve. After getting covid for the 2nd time I was feeling pretty hopeless and the Pompa Program has given me my hope back.

      I have been receiving coaching from Kasey A*** and she’s helped to streamline the process to make it easy to follow. She’s extremely knowledgeable in many aspects of health and very receptive to my questions. The supplements in the protocol are some of the highest quality substances I’ve ever run across and combined in a unique way to make them all have a synergistic function. I have yet to run across a program as precise and effective as this. Worth the investment if you want your health back.

      I have found over the last 6 months the people I have spoken with and the training and learning involved have all been excellent. All people are positive and willing to answer any questions that come up. My reasoning for the four stars is from the beginning when it felt like a sales pitch more than an engagement to help better my health. Once everything was up and running all went smoothly. I have shared my success with many people who have said how much healthier I look.

      The Pompa program has helped me in ways I cant even begin to express. I had all of my amalgams and root canal teeth taken out. The pain ******* dealt with for years disappeared immediately. I would never have gotten to the root cause without the help of the program. I am now pain and fatigue free. Its a miracle. Just do it and your life will change for the better!

      I have started the body phase and I'm happy with my progress in the Pompa Program. I feel more alert and attentive. I also am not exhausted and have more focused energy. It gets easier staying committed with each milestone. My brain and body are showing improvement already. My memory and attention to detail has improved that my kids and coworkers noticed . I was having anxiety with people noticing my absent-mindedness feeling clueless in conversations. Now I have hope and want to be more involved and sociable. Some days are still hard but the progress worth it. I'm in the medical profession and a lot of my coworkers are curious so see how long it lasts and I will continue to progress. Time will tell, I'm excited.

      I have been very impressed with the program in all aspects, the coach and support staff are very knowledgeable, concerned about helping me reach my goals. I started taking the nutraceuticals January 3rd and already I realize that my short term memory is improving. I can do some multi tasking, remember phone numbers, and not rely so heavily on lists and notes to myself! I am excited about getting to the detox phase. Another aspect to the program is the huge amount of education that my support team have guided me to. I love knowing that when I am confused about anything, all I need to do is reach out in a text and my coach will come through with a very clear message!!
