      I had my second meeting with ***** today. She is an amazing coach! She is kind and very friendly. She is so encouraging and positive. She highlights the positive things I'm doing which encourages me to keep doing the things that can help me on my healing journey. It's so great to have the support of someone who is cheering me on and understands some of my struggles. I'm so grateful to be working with *****!

      Im a 32 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. During that period I traveled to or deployed to 39 countries. I have three combat tours. During my service I have been exposed to many toxic environments both at home in training and abroad. Burn pits, dust, firing weapons of all sorts , handling munitions, toxic chemicals such as ammunition coatings, gun oils, motor oils etc. This along with physical activities including parachute operations, conditioning hikes, obstacle courses etc. has taken a heavy toll on my body particularly with inflammation which I had always addressed with anti inflammatory medication. Last year I took part in the Pompa program which is designed to address inflammation particularly cellular inflammation through dietary changes, fasting and detoxification strategies that reduce inflammation in the body. A fantastic program with includes a designated coach, access to web based teachings and interactive discussions on best practices. I recommended this program for veterans of all ages both fit or fat. It has made a big impact on my health.

      For anyone questioning the legitimacy or worth of the pompa program, I'm here to say that as someone who is currently going through the full version of the program it is surpassing all of my expectations and needs. The basis of the science is unbelievably progressive and finally helping me make real progress with my health without the use of traditional pharmaceuticals. Beyond just the products, my coach and advisor, *************** and ********************* have been exceptional in moving me through the process. The knowledge, professionalism, and kindness are unmatched in my experiences within the health field. The pompa program is truly designed to see you succeed and get better. It is an amazing program all around, I have and will highly recommended it to anyone in need.

      Greetings! My name Is Michelle M*******, I will be 64 years old in September and I have been on the Pompa Program for almost a month now… and let me tell you !!! This program works! The coach’s are amazing and feel like family! My husband even brags about the changes he sees in me … more energetic , I’m not a burning furnace at night , my mood seems more calm, and the best part is I’m pooping on my own!!!! I have had to take ducolax , ex lax or some type of help since I was 9 years old ! This is such a high win!

      I thank God for leading me to this program. After retiring from an amazing 24 year long Air Force career I felt tired, broken and depleted in body, mind and spirit. I decided to “focus on myself” for the first few month’s and that’s when I was led to this program. I watched a YouTube video and then made a call. I decided to be one of the “3 percenters” and with the help and support of my mom and family, I have almost finished the program. Losing weight had been such a hard thing for me to do, or not do really because I had tried everything to lose. I was so discouraged that I had just accepted being overweight. My number one goal was to just feel better physically as I suffer from chronic pain. That was my focus; yet, in the progress of this program, I have lost a total of 30 pounds that I thank God for! I plan to continue this journey as it is a way of life now and I am excited with the results and looking forward to where this path leads and how my body will continue to heal physically, emotionally and spiritually.       I'm well into the the body phase and I'm already showing memory improvement which is fantastic. I'm having more days where I'm not completely exhausted. I know that I'm making progress in my healing. I'm not 100% yet but I already feel better. My health coach is amazing and very supportive. She also has words that lift my spirits when I'm struggling. I'm looking forward to the brain phase and hoping that my health will continue to improve. After getting covid for the 2nd time I was feeling pretty hopeless and the Pompa Program has given me my hope back.

      I have been receiving coaching from Kasey A*** and she’s helped to streamline the process to make it easy to follow. She’s extremely knowledgeable in many aspects of health and very receptive to my questions. The supplements in the protocol are some of the highest quality substances I’ve ever run across and combined in a unique way to make them all have a synergistic function. I have yet to run across a program as precise and effective as this. Worth the investment if you want your health back.
