      Hayden was so knowledgeable and so helpful to me during our consultation. I now know what is going on with my cell health and what to do about it. I'm so excited about the possibilities of healing with this program! Thank you so so much, Hayden! I really enjoyed your explanation of what is causing my inflammation and how to rectify it.

      So far Im seeing progress. Most days I have better energy levels and I am having less chronic pain. Its taken decades to get sick but just in a couple months I am feeling much better. I still have a ways to go, but Im excited to keep moving forward and healing!

      I am very pleased with results I've seen with the Pompa Program. I have noticed a significant decrease in overall joint inflammation and in frequency and severity of headaches I had been having. The program has also helped me to take off weight.

      Our consult with Megan was very good and encouraging. She asked my husband and I some really great questions and was patient with all of our responses. Megan is kind, and knowledgeable. She listens well and encourages well!! She gave us great clarity about the program and reviewed necessary information given in the initial webinar. Both my husband and I want to do all we can to be healthy. Megan was never pushy about us joining, which was refreshing! It allowed us to make a decision based on facts instead of fears, or a ticking clock. Thank you for that! That is a strength of your presentation and program.       I had my second meeting with ***** today. She is an amazing coach! She is kind and very friendly. She is so encouraging and positive. She highlights the positive things I'm doing which encourages me to keep doing the things that can help me on my healing journey.       Im a 32 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. During that period I traveled to or deployed to 39 countries. I have three combat tours. During my service I have been exposed to many toxic environments both at home in training and abroad. Burn pits, dust, firing weapons of all sorts , handling munitions, toxic chemicals such as ammunition coatings, gun oils, motor oils etc. This along with physical activities including parachute operations, conditioning hikes, obstacle courses etc. has taken a heavy toll on my body particularly with inflammation which I had always addressed with anti inflammatory medication. Last year I took part in the Pompa program which is designed to address inflammation particularly cellular inflammation through dietary changes, fasting and detoxification strategies that reduce inflammation in the body. A fantastic program with includes a designated coach, access to web based teachings and interactive discussions on best practices. I recommended this program for veterans of all ages both fit or fat. It has made a big impact on my health.

      For anyone questioning the legitimacy or worth of the pompa program, I'm here to say that as someone who is currently going through the full version of the program it is surpassing all of my expectations and needs. The basis of the science is unbelievably progressive and finally helping me make real progress with my health without the use of traditional pharmaceuticals.       Greetings! My name Is Michelle M*******, I will be 64 years old in September and I have been on the Pompa Program for almost a month now… and let me tell you !!! This program works! The coach’s are amazing and feel like family! My husband even brags about the changes he sees in me … more energetic , I’m not a burning furnace at night , my mood seems more calm, and the best part is I’m pooping on my own!!!! I have had to take ducolax , ex lax or some type of help since I was 9 years old ! This is such a high win!
