      My husband and I started the program back in October 2023. He has lost 20 pounds, exclaims i feel 30 years old again! (Hes 56! ??) and has the energy and strength to work out again! (he had to stop after 2 bouts with Covid 3 years ago.) Also, his blood pressure is now 122/79. Before the program it was around 145/100 and nothing he did would bring it below that. I joined the program primarily to get relief from not sleeping through the night for 7 years. (menopause worked a number on me.) I am down 10 pounds and SLEEPING DEEP! More energy and more knowledge how to clear toxins out of my body and household. Great products,coaches, teaching modules, recipes and encouragement from other Pompa participants. Worth. Every. *****.

      I've read several negative reviews on here regarding how people felt scammed because of the urine test. I read NOWHERE that it said it would give answers regarding heavy metals. It was a test about inflammation. I have been nothing but pleased with this program and at all times there has been complete transparency. The problem seems to lie with what people think they're reading rather than what the material actually says. I'm sorry but this is a great program. Yes it's expensive but you can spend that on your deductible and still be sick and thousands more and never get well. What's your health worth? Some of the vile language tells me volumes.

      I started the Pompa Program last month and Im loving it. Im see the positive changes that I have been going through with the start of the detox. My sleep is better, Ive lost some weight and I have a clearer brain. If I feel this in phase one Im looking forward to the next one. The coaches are happy to help at anytime and always have great advice. The ** group is there also with great tips and lots of knowledge. Youre never alone in this program. Oh my all the info at your fingertips is amazing. Program is well done. Dr ********************** really cares about all of us and it shows. Thank you!

      Great information and Dr. **** did a great job of explaining the issue. Such valuable information and I can't wait to get started on my healing journey with Dr. ********************** and his staff!! Made total sense how cellular inflammation is at the root cause of my issues and I checked off so many boxes that it resonated very much with me and all that I deal with. Thank you Dr. ********************** and Dr. **** for bringing this to us!

      The Pompa program has definitely helped me start to regain my health. I am almost to the brain phase. When I started, I was very sick as are many people in this group. I had so much joint pain,bloating, brain fog, dry brittle, hair falling out, fatigue galore. I will say the program has helped me tremendously. While I still may have a few of the symptoms, I am so much better. I can think much clearer. My hair feels vibrant and it is growing. I will say the program is very intense. I was very scared and I wanted to do everything perfectly. After a couple months into the program I did realize I can’t be perfect but I can do my best.! I follow the program as closely as I can and I am definitely seeing success. And bonus, I have lost 14 pounds!! I am very thankful I found Dr. Pompa and this program.

      I have just started the Pompa Program journey. The Core Prep supplement package was delivered quickly after my initial meeting with my team. I’ve had my first ZOOM meeting with a knowledgeable and experienced health coach. From that first meeting I learned the Pompa Program requires diet & lifestyle changes on my part to get positive results. I’m a 20+ year Lyme disease patient that is hoping this program will deliver a miracle of better life.

      I am very pleased so far with the program. I am still in prep phase, and already seeing improvements in energy level, anxiety and stress, feeling more relaxed and calm. I also really appreciate the help and support of all the staff. They have been very helpful with guidance and instructions, as well as being encouraging and knowledgeable. I cant wait to start the next phase. Thanks so much!

      I am very impressed with the pompa program so far I am in my third month and noticing some very good positive changes. The program is very easy to navigate and I feel like I have help everywhere I turn from not only my coaches but all of the education they given to you in the patient portal. I have been ill for over 6 years now and did not know where to turn until I saw Dr ********************** on the internet. I was very skeptical at first thinking I was jumping down another rabbit hole with another doctor but this program is different I feel like I am more in control of my health than I have ever been before. This is not a scam it is the real deal. I'm looking forward to a healthy and well future something that I could not see before I started this program ??

      Like many others, I am a born skeptic. After 15 years of frustration, spinning in circles with doctors who had given up and then trying so many of the commercial programs out there, I was intrigued when I heard Dr. **********************'s webinar through IG. It seemed like it was too good to be true, but for the first time in a long time, I am hopeful. I have just begun the process and will be happy to update my review as I go along my journey. I became immersed in learning about the science behind my issues and the Pompa Program, thanks to a fantastic, interactive session with Health Advisor ******. He was beyond knowledgeable, able to provide great analogies and made me feel welcome and "heard" like never before. Quickly thereafter, *****, who ensures client success, as well as my Health Coach **** became my immediate "********************** Family," listening to my 'why' and ensuring I understood the road ahead. I have never been more excited to begin a program or felt as energized about "fixing my issues." I truly appreciate all I've learned / encountered so far (thanks Dr. ********************** and team for inspiring explanation and success videos) and I look forward to the next 5 months!
