  I have not yet started the program, but I have watched several podcasts, read articles on the cellular detox process, and met with an attentive coach and Im amazed to now better understand how the puzzle pieces are coming together. I never made the connection on neurotoxicity and the havoc it has on our body and how important doing detox the right way is. Thank you for increasing awareness and educating us.

  I just started Pompa Program (Im only two days into the Prep Phase) but the onboarding process I would rate as a 5! I will give another review at the end of the program, but so far everyone involved with this process has been very supportive and helpful. I have tried a lot of different approaches to fix my symptoms over the past ten years (Im 26). This is the first program Ive tried that gives me hope that I may be able to significantly improve my symptoms and find the source of my health problems. Diet alone wasnt working for me, and the science behind healing the cell makes sense. Im praying this is the solution!

  What was most appealing to me about the Pompa Program is that they address the root cause of your health issues. The program is tailored to each individual and they also provide an abundance of additional tools and resources which have been instrumental and very inspiring! Im only 4 weeks into the program but the results I have already experienced have been truly life-changing. Not only has my brain fog lifted, but I also find myself sleeping better! I dont have the aches and pains in the morning. The persistent bloating that plagued me has resolved and the cravings for sugary treats are also gone. As a result of following the cellular healing diet coupled with the supplements, I feel a renewed sense of energy and vitality that I haven't experienced in many many years. The Pompa Program has not only transformed my physical health but has also had a positive impact on my overall well-being. I am profoundly grateful for the coaches and client success reps because they are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and genuine. They truly care about you being successful on your health journey. I can say this program is exactly what I needed to take control of my health and it has made me hopeful to see what else is possible in the coming months!

  Im very pleased with the Pompa Program. My coach is great. She answers my questions. If I ask something she isnt sure about, I have the answer by the next day.Health wise I am eating better. Im loosing the craving for sugar. Im making better choices food wise. When I started this program my energy level was low. Brain fog was disturbing. The supplements have been a great help. My sleep was easily disrupted through the night. Now I sleep a solid 6-7 hours which is a big improvement for me. Looking forward to working towards my goal. Thank you Pompa Team.

  Ive been doing the prep phase for a week, and Ive already noticed some exciting changes!Ive been in various stages of illness for the past 30 years. I am always desperately fatigued. It feels like my body is clawing for energy, and can never find it. It almost feels like every cell in my body has been gasping for air and suffocating, and Im just depleted of all energy. Sometimes its too much work to even breathe. A couple days into the prep phase, I noticed a subtle but powerful change- I felt a sense of calm inside my body, and I had a strange feeling of energy. My body almost feels buoyant. Ive been able to get through the days just a little more effortlessly. It feels like my cells are happier, calmer, have some bounce and life! Ive also noticed Ive been sleeping better! Even without melatonin! And this is TMI- but Ive been chronically constipated for 20+ years. *** started having regular poops the past couple days! Im so excited to give my body what it needs to heal and feel rejuvenated. With this program, I finally found what Ive been searching for. Im truly grateful.

  I am so thankful I found the pompa program. It has helped me tremendously. I have been fighting with an autoimmune disease for over 10 years. Being in the program the last two years, has helped me lower my toxic load and sleep so much better. I am even more social than Ive ever been.

  I have been extremely pleased with the program so far. I have already started feeling like my self again. I have more energy and my health issues have improved tremendously. My coach is so knowledgeable and helpful. Its awesome to have someone to walk through it with me and answer all my questions. Im so grateful for this program and everyone on my team.

  After going through Lyme and it almost taking me out years ago, I will be the first to admit I was sceptical. And finding out my Lyme had come back, along with my body being in complete chaos. But as I have now been with the Pompa Program for 6 months I can tell you not only are the coaches and concierges extremely helpful and knowledgeable but also care. In today's world that is a rare thing to find. I have worked with ************** for most of that time and I will say we are a great fit. That being said I can tell you so many things have changed for the better. My brain fog is practically gone, pain from inflammation in my body is to an almost zero, energy is up, health is up. So many changes. even my eating habits have changed. To be honest I am glad that when I heard Dr. ********************** say "Rak Chazak Amats" I listened. I want a live being strong and courageous! I feel I am so much better now stronger and not letting sickness get the better of me. !
