      Dr. Pompas program is very thorough and the support staff s do their job very well. It takes lots of work on the patient’s part ( homework modules) & comes at a cost ( insurance doesn’t cover), but that’s what makes the program effective & worthwhile,

      Wow! I am blown away with this program. As a nutritionist and an advocate in the health community, I always thought I knew exactly what to eat and how to eat for optimal health. Dr. Pompa is exactly right....it's not all Nutrition. Everyone in this program is very supportive and has made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Such a knowledge of information that you can dive into or take at your own pace. Such a breath of fresh air to feel safe in this space and to be able to talk to your coach about your issues with zero judgment. I highly recommend investing in this program and your health.

      I highly recommend the Pompa Program. I started the coaching program and after 3 days in the Prep phase I already have noticed a significant difference in my energy level increase. I can get through the day without feeling like i HAVE to lay down and nap, After day 4 i woke up with fairly clear sinuses. For my life ive always woken up with terrible post nasal drip and stuffy head. It was so wonderful to only have to blow the nose one time to clear them. Im so excited to finish healing my cells!!

      I've just entered the brain phase of the program. I've experienced higher energy levels, less joint pain and my sleep patterns have improved. I'm hopeful this next step will help with brain fog and improve my mental clarity. This journey has given me a much better understanding of my environment and how it impacts my overall health. I'm working slowly towards improving my food choices, cleaning products and supplements. Once I established a rhythm with the supplements and there timing I've been able to manage. It's an expensive program but worth it for me; I've taken the steps to change slowly and one major change at a time to avoid anxiety. I've found that you'll reach each step at your own pace and that's OK - the coaches have been supportive and responsive.
