      Since joining the Pompa Program I have had some great results. I have lost 11 pounds so far, I see a difference in how I look and feel as my inflammation has decreased, my energy and sleep have improved and my morning aches are gone!

      Just started, 2 weeks in and feeling pretty much the same, but excited about what’s in store for me regarding my Hoshimotos and Hypothyroidism…and for my husband’s health journey as well. Our coaches have been present, encouraging, informative, knowledgeable and kind, truly wanting to guide us to better health. They take their time on our conversations and you never feel rushed or dismissed. Elise B**** and Dawn T***** have been wonderful!

      Excellent program! Healing the body on the cellular level. My health has improved. Eating healthy avoiding toxic products and taking supplements to get my health back has been life changing. Coaching and support staff are a huge part of my success.

      So far so good! I am just entering phase 1 of the program and am excited and hopeful as I start this journey. My meetings so far with my health adviser, coordinator, and my coach have been awesome. They all had great communication and I feel confidant moving forward!

      Ive been in the program for nearly two months now. Im currently in the body phase and have been feeling great! Overall Ive noticed feeling happier, more clarity, and my highs/lows with feeling overwhelmed while having PCOS and infertility have been more steady. I've also always had very irregular periods and since starting the program Ive been able to have two cycles, Ive also lost around 20 lbs since joining. Although these are very big wins for me personally, I know I have a lot more detoxing to do, and am very excited about whats to come!

      Ive just entered the body phase and am seeing some positive results. My IBS is gone. No more symptoms. Also, my sleep is deeper and longer. Ive had my cone beam scan and have scheduled the removal of my 4 cavitations and 1 mercury filling in June just before I enter the brain phase. Im excited about the healing process that Ive started and appreciate all the help from my coaches. It hasnt be as difficult to do as I first thought it would be.
