      Got a computer for best buy $2500.00 been paying for a month weekly im down to $2445.00 however I get payment that they say are late when I'm not suppose to be paying early only weekly every Thursday $52.00 they say I have a late payment before the due date of what I pay every week

      I have dealt with them for one month and it has been the most frustrating, stressful and unpleasant experience. Ive been charged unnecessary and undocumented fees. One of the customer service representatives by the name of ****** was rude and disrespectful and tried to undermine my intelligence. I will be paying off this loan soon and I will not ever be using their services again and would advise anyone else to choose other options. The option for zero stars should be available.

      Progressive Leasing *********** personnel are not focused on customer satisfaction. I haven't experienced Progressive leasing personnel showing up knocking on my door early in the morning asking for a missed payment. I'd a payment was missed tgeyvwould rectify it via email or phone call. Not a current missed payment, but a payment from 4 or 5 months ago. Payments are being automatically deducted, with the exception of that one. I have worked with Progressive many times, but this was truly unexpected and not appreciated. No email to remedy the missed payment because we want to come to your house early in the morning. ?????

      STAY CLEAR OF PROGRESSIVE LEASING!!! FRAUD ALERT!!! If No stars were possible that would be the score they deserve!!! Ive dealt with good leasing companies and bad leasing companies but Progressive Leasing is by far THE WORST company Ive Ever dealt with! Their staff is very unprofessional and management is no better! They cant give you straight answers and love to give you the runaround when youre trying to actually solve an issue! I used them to purchase a product and when the product was the wrong size and damaged due to false product information given from the seller I was forced to pay for the product even though it was the wrong size and I could NEVER use it! So Im stuck paying for something I CANT use!!!

      No recomiendo a estos financistas son estafadores natos , no son **** serios te dicen una cosa en el momento de la compra y luego es otra , yo apenas hace dos semanas hice mi compra y decide cancelarle el total de lo adeudado no sea que al pasar los tres meces les tenga que dar hasta mi casa , les recomiendo que se mantengan lo ms ******* posible de ellos

      Trash, I pay these people a **** car payments worth of money every month and they cant keep their paperwork straight totally s******* up my credit DO NOT USE!! They s**** up your paperwork and then become harassing!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! *****************

      Predatory Lender!!DO NOT RECOMMEND!They will cancel a contract that has been approved and signed. They will cancel merchandise that has been ordered and set up for delivery. They charge exorbitant fees, sometimes up to 200% of the original purchase price. They charge your card even when they are not authorized to do so. God help you if you miss a payment.There used to be usury laws in the US preventing this kind of company from doing business. Now they are just waiting to rip you off. The company is nothing but a fraud. A sham. A scam. Creating financial nightmares for clients. Stay away from this Predatory Lender!

      A MASSIVE SCAM COMPANY, I have already paid off the item, like more then what the items are worth. It's all intrest which BTW is illegal in the state of **. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. I have been trying to get my bank to give me my money as I have unauthroized all transactions since Febuary if 2023. Their costumer service is usless and they will force the payments.

      I hate them I got couches **** and my total came out to be **** at the end I'm paying 600 a month. That's more than my car payment...do not use these people
