  I got two pairs of earrings, and a piece for a necklace from ****** jewelry in the mail for 683.00 , and these people are changing me 1,640.31 which is 957.31 I done bought these items twice with the interest they charging. When I purchased these items I was told I could early pay on line when I went on line for some reason they can't find my account, but when I call they can find it. I put a stop payment with my bank until someone can tell me something please I've already paid them 921.92 and they say I still owe them 718.39. I have argue with several people on the phone and got the phone hunged up on me.

  Got a mattress from mattress from a month ago it was 1030 original but I was told it was spring sale going on which made the final sale 699 but I receive emails through progressive leasing and now my balance is more than the original cost I have tried to contact the company on different occasions Im even told I dont have a lease Id when I received 2 emails with a lease id attached very unprofessional and cant even log into a the account

  Got into an arrangement with this company via Best Buy with the intention of paying off early, and its month 2 they charged me twice in one day. I of course immediately point out this error am told a 3 day turn around for correction which is bad enough. Call back in 3 days am given a 10 day turnaround instead. Why are consumers held to higher standards than these snakes?

  Over $600 was charged to my credit card for "services" provided by Progressive Leasing. I have never done business with them! When I called to inquire about these "services", I was asked to provide my bank account number! I think this company is a total scam! It should receive a zero-star rating. Never, ever do any kind of business with them.

  Horrible company they bate and switch illegal practice, me and my husband when we were experiencing bad credit issues and told us that they got us credit approved for a simple gold ring that we were not going to buy, but was pressure sold into doing it, by telling us they got our credit approved and it would help rebuild our credit. So we used our only credit card to make the first payment plus 79 cash and was told we were set up on a 12 month payment plan. We made absolutely sure we could afford the monthly payments and everything before we purchased and left the store. We at no time were told it was a lease to own or any 90 payoff etc. We had the monthly payments taken out than all of a sudden four months in we were told now we owe double the purchase price out of no where. When I called progressive leasing and the Fredmeyers jeweler who lied to us and did not tell us anything about leasing to own and ************************************************************** at all so I asked to give them the ring back for all the money we already paid and they refused. I even went to the **** meters store where we bought it and was very very upset with the jewelry employee who basically lied to us, knew what she was doing and failed to inform and even was intentionally to tell us ********** because we told her upfront we could not and did not have the money for the ring upfront but when told we could just pay a fixed monthly payment we could afford we purchased it . How do they give you a set monthly payment if they are just going to double the purchase price by double but they dont do that until after you already were not aware what the heck is going on. This is above ususary. This was a scam and they intentionally mislead people with poor credit and do not at all in form you of how they are going to double the price on you. And its nowhere legisbld in the contract and its called credit not leasing to own.

  I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I have used Progressive Leasing for several years and never had a problem...I always paid off my accounts before the 90 days to avoid paying triple for my merchandise with the ridiculous interest they charge. However, my most recent lease, I literally forgot to transfer money to the account I had the payments coming out of which put me past 30 days late - and Lo and Behold, these ***** knocked on my door to collect a payment...this is HARASSMENT on steroids and was embarrassing as ****! I had company at my home when the "Collector" rang my doorbell. Progressive you all need to cease and desist this practice...you are putting these employees' lives in danger...especially in *****! Send a certified letter or be more creative with your collection efforts that do not involve physically showing up at someone's doorstep and harassing them in their home! I will NEVER EVER use you all again and will tell EVERYONE I know to stay away from you!!!

  Worst company ever. I will never do business with them again. Sold me broken/defective product and unable to give a solution at all. Took $3000 from me and wont replace the piece.

  They take payment out my account on Thursday when it suppose to every Friday. Then they charged me a 25$ bounce fee when they took the payment out of my account. Once Im done with this company Im done they ****. And I refuse to pay 25$ Bounce fee when they have already taken the weekly payment out of my account.

  A fraudulent account was opened in my name and charges incurred. I started receiving emails about my "lease" and payments due. I reached out to the company to report the fraud. Instead of closing my account, they wanted even more personal information, such as birthdate, social security etc. The fact that they allowed an account to be opened in my name without properly identifying the person is their lack, not mine. They are giving me deadlines to comply and not closing the account. This is a fraudulent company
