      WORST COMPANY EVER! They had my Amazon account suspended! Took money out of my account still and will not refund my money! Stay away from this scamming company, they’re customer service is even worse! Tempted to do a lawsuit!

      I WAS DILIGENTLY GETTING PAYMENT TAKING OUT EVERY FRIDAY FROM PROGRESSIVE LEASING TO PAY FOR THE EQUIPTMENT I LEASE FROM BEST BUY, WHEN THEY JUST ABRUPTLY STOP, AND BEING THAT I AM EXTREMELY BUSY WITH TWO JOBS, I THOUGHT WELL THEY MAYBE THEY MADE A MISTAKE THEY WILL GET ON THE RIGHT TRACK, BECAUSE THEY MESS UP.. BUT KNOW I FIND THAT I OWE BEST BUY WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID.. THAT IS THE WHOLE POINT OF AUTOMATIC PAYMENT EVERY FRIDAY... NONSENSE.. AND THIS IS WHAT I FOUND WHEN DOING RESEARCH

      I NEVER TOLD THEM THEY COULD NOT TAKE MNEY OUT OF MY ACCT, WHEN ITS PART OF THE PREREQUISIVE AND THEY BEEN DOING IT..

      I got a couch and agreed to the 90 day payoff and have been paying my payments every two weeks of 241.00 and never missed a payment and on the last day of the payoff I had the correct amount of money on my card and they never took it out that day they waited 6 days for god knows why now they’re penalizing me because of they’re error of not taking the money out of my bank when the payment was due, why only the last day they want to wait 6 days to pull the payment out when it’s due, that’s they’re problem if they don’t take the payment out right away like they should!!!!! HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS ****** COMPANY!!!! And ****** customer service, they couldn’t do nothing for me for they’re **** up! If I could rate them 0 I would!!!

      ??????DONT EVER USER THIS COMPANY!! DOUBLES THE ***** OF THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT, just save your money!!!Absolutely horrible. They steal your money then blame it on you!!! Did the early purchase option then it canceled my payment that was coming out and took the early one, then it said I still owed money and because they canceled the full payment to do the early purchase I still have to pay the remaining balance?! That wasnt my fault I didnt cancel it i yet I have to pay for it!

      This company is horrible. I placed an order at Best Buy using Progressive Leasing company. Best Buy has no record of the order but Progressive Leasing took my down payment. I told them to cancel the order and they're saying I have to contact Best Buy. My business was with Progressive Leasing and that's who I signed a contract with. I will be contacting my bank to make sure they don't receive another ***** of my money. This company is horrible and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

      The correct name for this company should be Aggressive Leasing. Forget to pay your lease for one month and youll get a thug coming to your door. They will look in your windows all around your house. I know this because I have cameras on the property. Next time one of your representatives comes to my house and doesnt state their business, the police will come and kick your representative off the property. I will also press charges for trespassing and harassment.

      I DO NOT recommend. I applied and got the notification that more information was needed, so I sent in everything that was needed. A week later, still havent gotten an update so I got home from working a 16 hour shift and decided to call them bc I was trying to get approved for Lowes so that I could get a heater for my home. I was on the phone with one woman for over an hour but she kept telling me that my drivers license and social security card was coming in black and white. She told me to figure out why my phone was talking black and white photos and then to call back. I got off the phone with her and called right back. I got on the phone with a second person and this time it lasted 17 minutes. He said they were busy and to call back in 20 to 30 minutes. Called back to talk to a third person! This time the call lasted another hour and 7 minutes! The third guy told me that they got everything, and he got an approval but he had to call my bank to verify and he would call me back with an approval amount within the hour. I ended up falling asleep bc I had just worked a 16 hour shift, drove my 2 and a half hour drive home from work and spent almost 3 hours on the phone with them. I woke up with a denial email. I was told several times by that guy that I had an approval but he never would tell me the amount. Just kept me on hold and to only lie to me and say he needed to call my bank before giving me an approval amount.

      I got a queen size mattress that has a rip in it, i called big lots they said to bad basically. I called progressive leasing a woman said they would refund me for the mattress but never did!! I paid the loan off so i could go buy a new bed and they never refunded my account! rude and not helpful client services

      I purchased a ******* fridge from Lowes using Progressive leasing on 8/20/2022. I learn the fridge is defective and Progressive leasing has refused to cancel my lease even though the agreement clearly states the lease can be canceled at any time without penalty. They keep giving my the run around and are adding random charges with no reason. They are absolutely horrible to deal with.

      Very high pricing and horrible refund policies. I been waiting almost 3 weeks for a $345 refund and still waiting
