      I don't know why Best Buy affiliated with this company, I haven't bought anything yet, but trying to make a contract with them the customer service is the worst, some tell you one thing and others another. I was thinking of buying but now I don't. Please do not allow this company to work in Texas.

      I was over charged a payment when I already sent in the early buyout option the day prior called there customer service department was told I was lying and that the 40 dollars was already deducted from the original amount even when I have emails from them on what was paid had to talk to the customer service supervisor and still was given the runaround will definitely steer clear from this company in the future not worth all the lies and headache

      I has used them 3 times, first 2 times I paid off within *********************************************** this time, I paid 2 months in advance as I had done before to insure I pay off agreement within 90 days. However, a day after I made a 2 month payment, Prog Leasing tried to withdraw yet another payment for *****. As soon as I saw this, I contacted them by phone and was assured it would be corrected, HOWEVER, it was NOT and they attached a ***** fee and marked account past due even though billing says I am paid up until Jan ****. Trying to get them to fix their error appears to be fruitless, therefore I filed a complaint with ************************ in my state to handle it and look into their practice to see if it is an ongoing issue.I wouldnt give it 1 star just yet since I didnt really have any real issues the last 2 times, however, weary of any company charging you double the value a store suggests its products is worth is a bit much.

      I have been a Progressive Leasing customer since 2008. After paying off my last leasing bill 11/11/23 I was told I no longer can be approved for any other leasing going forward. The reason is they do not accept any checking account who institute who doesn't have a physical location like Chime. My checking account has been established for over 4 years and still made no difference. Progressive Leasing has broken their relationship with a long-standing customer, and it's a shame they would hold this sort of stance, making this customer to feel expendable.

      One of the WORST companies to deal with. I had asked them NOT to use my old bank account bc I was closing it. They still did after they took my new banking account number and added too any zero and it declined. When calling and talking to a manager he stated that's what was read in the agreement and there nothing they can do. I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again.

      This company sends me constant emails to use my credit than denies me the credit they tell me to use. Then sends me letter that all my private information has been hacked by the dark web. What kind of company are you in this time where the majority of Americans are struggling!!! Not a good one! Ive been with you for three years and its been consistently downhill .

      WORST leasing experience Ive ever had. I non stop had problems with payments. They added over 1k dollars to an iPhone I bought through them. They would charge $22 dollars multiple times within one week if they couldnt take money from my account and when I called they claimed to not see it or have received it. I took the early purchase option of about ************************************************************************* for the whole amount. Worst leasing agency EVER. The problems started from day one and never stopped. When I would call the costumer service always had a bad attitude and was quite rude.

      The reason for 2-stars, they were there in an emergency. It's good thing I was able to pay early, or I would pay for the purchase twice, #1 problem. That's excessive interest. #2, they inquire on your credit, other creditors see that, #3, they don't report the payments to the bureau. Said they have no relationship with the credit bureau, so why hit the credit at all. In essence, Unless you can pay in 90-days or less DO NOT USE THIS METHOD OF CREDIT.

      Awful CS ! Tried to communicate- They made claims and offered a high limit to then charge double plus- consumer predictor lending.
