  If you ever have to do business with REgressive Leading, grab your purse, your wallet, you first and second born children and RUN RUN RUN don't walk away!Here's why: early December I bought a small refrigerator at Lowes for 188$. PL immediately dinged me for 1/3 or 66$ and I thought I could handle the 120 balance which was the remaining balance. Last month, PL hit my bank debit for 36.32$. Today, I got my email for the next payment and the recorded voice said my 12 month total was 399$ or if I paid in full, I owed PL ****** that's ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SIX DOLLARS and thirty two cents. MORE than my original balance!! Can you say OUTRAGEOUS. Bite the bullet and just wait another month. It's winter and I could have should have just kept my food outside or in a $2 cooler from Dollar General. I would rate Progressive Leasing negative star if available. *** Not related to Progressive Insurance although *** and the gang also seem a bit shady.

  I did business with progressive leasing with my ring & returned it because of ring issues I never received my money back,I called them and they had returned my refund to the wrong customer ?? to tried calling them they wouldn’t do anything for me tried speaking to the main manager & he admitted they messed up but didint take any responsibility of their acts. Im so disappointed never again and trust me they will hear from me at court!!!!

  The worst place to do business. They waited until the last moment to contact me so I couldn't return the merchandise. WE HATE our bed and we're on the hook for $3000+. I HATE this place!!

  I have Dealt with Progressive leasing ************* in the past, They offer you a 90 day same as cash, I have yet ever had any issues with them and would deal with them again if and when I need something, I can't believe all the negative comments I'm reading on this, Pay your bills, Read your contracts before signing them. progressive Leasing is a good company if your one who wants to pay your bills, If not anyone would come back after You

  Got my wife a ring ************* and returned it. Progressive never refunded me and I sat on hold for over 5 hrs just to get someone to answer the phone telling me that I need to send my bank statements from the last 30 days. Will never use this company again terrible customer service. You always pay double for anything you purchase and I have 800 credit score. Biggest scam there is dont use progressive leasing.

  Do not use this company. Their account receipts are inaccurate. They will never inform you when there is a credit or a refund to your account. ********************** will not leave you a voicemail. Progressive Leasing will not send you a letter regarding your debt. Progressive Leasing will not warn you that they are sending a Progressive Leasing representative to your home. But above all: do not allow their representatives into your home. I mistakenly allowed the Progressive Leasing representative into my home. Once he was in my home, he badgered me for the debt. Then, the Progressive Leasing representative started digging his nostrils and flinging whatever was in his nostrils into the air. It brought such a viral reaction, almost immediately everything in my home became effected. Does a company like Progressive Leasing have to hurt a person by bringing a diseased representative to ones home 3 days before Christmas? I tried to eat a salad for lunch after he left. The salad was infected horribly. I threw it out. I became sad. I cried all night. No matter what I owed Progressive Leasing, Progressive Leasing did not have to send me a disease. I was nice. I opened my door. When I told my family member about it, my family member advised that the Progressive Leasing representative could have put his hands on me and raped me. I am hurt. ******** values can force a person to be nice when the other person is not at all. The Progressive Leasing representative had a virus waiting for me outside my door. He was not wearing a mask. How could I know what was waiting for me. That is not how you make someone bring their account up to date. Do not use Progressive Leasing. For being nice, I get a virus in my home for Christmas.

  Have been trying to contact them regarding a problem with lease due to a item being canceled. I however have only gotten sent directly to a "medical alert " scam from them saying I won a free one. They refuse to send me to a customer service representative until I talk to a company I'm not even interested in doing business with. I am not able to contact them to see what they plan to do about the item I purchased not even being delivered. Not to mention receiving a letter saying all my personal information was stolen in a data breach. What's the problem people??? Get yourselves figured out and run your business correctly, I hope you receive the same treatment in the future....maybe you will learn your lesson. KARMA

  I don't know why any company would affiliate their business with this company. They will issue you credit based on income and then when you find the product, in my case a Refrigerator, they will approve it based on it being less then what they approved you for, have you sign an online contract and debit your account to finalize it. All of this happens, you pay them and then nothing! I am out my initial fee, have talked to their customer support 6 times with an average hold time of 45 minutes to just be right back to the beginning as they always say it's on the vendors side, and everything on their side is correct. They will not call the vendor direct and expect you to because they know they are crooks and now have your money and hoping that you just forget it and don't do anything about it. I am going to be filing with the ** and with the BBB and will make sure this company goes out of business if I can! This is not fair to all the customers that use them and expect this company to just do what they say they will do. They need to be shut down.
