  I have Dealt with Progressive leasing ************* in the past, They offer you a 90 day same as cash, I have yet ever had any issues with them and would deal with them again if and when I need something, I can't believe all the negative comments I'm reading on this, Pay your bills, Read your contracts before signing them. progressive Leasing is a good company if your one who wants to pay your bills, If not anyone would come back after You

  Got my wife a ring ************* and returned it. Progressive never refunded me and I sat on hold for over 5 hrs just to get someone to answer the phone telling me that I need to send my bank statements from the last 30 days. Will never use this company again terrible customer service. You always pay double for anything you purchase and I have 800 credit score. Biggest scam there is dont use progressive leasing.

  Do not use this company. Their account receipts are inaccurate. They will never inform you when there is a credit or a refund to your account. ********************** will not leave you a voicemail. Progressive Leasing will not send you a letter regarding your debt. Progressive Leasing will not warn you that they are sending a Progressive Leasing representative to your home. But above all: do not allow their representatives into your home. I mistakenly allowed the Progressive Leasing representative into my home. Once he was in my home, he badgered me for the debt. Then, the Progressive Leasing representative started digging his nostrils and flinging whatever was in his nostrils into the air. It brought such a viral reaction, almost immediately everything in my home became effected. Does a company like Progressive Leasing have to hurt a person by bringing a diseased representative to ones home 3 days before Christmas? I tried to eat a salad for lunch after he left. The salad was infected horribly. I threw it out. I became sad. I cried all night. No matter what I owed Progressive Leasing, Progressive Leasing did not have to send me a disease. I was nice. I opened my door. When I told my family member about it, my family member advised that the Progressive Leasing representative could have put his hands on me and raped me. I am hurt. ******** values can force a person to be nice when the other person is not at all. The Progressive Leasing representative had a virus waiting for me outside my door. He was not wearing a mask. How could I know what was waiting for me. That is not how you make someone bring their account up to date. Do not use Progressive Leasing. For being nice, I get a virus in my home for Christmas.

  I don't know why any company would affiliate their business with this company. They will issue you credit based on income and then when you find the product, in my case a Refrigerator, they will approve it based on it being less then what they approved you for, have you sign an online contract and debit your account to finalize it. All of this happens, you pay them and then nothing! I am out my initial fee, have talked to their customer support 6 times with an average hold time of 45 minutes to just be right back to the beginning as they always say it's on the vendors side, and everything on their side is correct. They will not call the vendor direct and expect you to because they know they are crooks and now have your money and hoping that you just forget it and don't do anything about it. I am going to be filing with the ** and with the BBB and will make sure this company goes out of business if I can! This is not fair to all the customers that use them and expect this company to just do what they say they will do. They need to be shut down.

  I don't know why Best Buy affiliated with this company, I haven't bought anything yet, but trying to make a contract with them the customer service is the worst, some tell you one thing and others another. I was thinking of buying but now I don't. Please do not allow this company to work in Texas.

  I has used them 3 times, first 2 times I paid off within *********************************************** this time, I paid 2 months in advance as I had done before to insure I pay off agreement within 90 days. However, a day after I made a 2 month payment, Prog Leasing tried to withdraw yet another payment for *****. As soon as I saw this, I contacted them by phone and was assured it would be corrected, HOWEVER, it was NOT and they attached a ***** fee and marked account past due even though billing says I am paid up until Jan ****. Trying to get them to fix their error appears to be fruitless, therefore I filed a complaint with ************************ in my state to handle it and look into their practice to see if it is an ongoing issue.I wouldnt give it 1 star just yet since I didnt really have any real issues the last 2 times, however, weary of any company charging you double the value a store suggests its products is worth is a bit much.

  I have been a Progressive Leasing customer since 2008. After paying off my last leasing bill 11/11/23 I was told I no longer can be approved for any other leasing going forward. The reason is they do not accept any checking account who institute who doesn't have a physical location like Chime. My checking account has been established for over 4 years and still made no difference. Progressive Leasing has broken their relationship with a long-standing customer, and it's a shame they would hold this sort of stance, making this customer to feel expendable.

  One of the WORST companies to deal with. I had asked them NOT to use my old bank account bc I was closing it. They still did after they took my new banking account number and added too any zero and it declined. When calling and talking to a manager he stated that's what was read in the agreement and there nothing they can do. I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again.

  This company sends me constant emails to use my credit than denies me the credit they tell me to use. Then sends me letter that all my private information has been hacked by the dark web. What kind of company are you in this time where the majority of Americans are struggling!!! Not a good one! Ive been with you for three years and its been consistently downhill .

  WORST leasing experience Ive ever had. I non stop had problems with payments. They added over 1k dollars to an iPhone I bought through them. They would charge $22 dollars multiple times within one week if they couldnt take money from my account and when I called they claimed to not see it or have received it. I took the early purchase option of about ************************************************************************* for the whole amount. Worst leasing agency EVER. The problems started from day one and never stopped. When I would call the costumer service always had a bad attitude and was quite rude.
