      I gave a 1 because I couldn't give a zero. **************** doesn't answer the phone. So there is no way to get a hold of them.

      THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF, IF YOUR ARE NEEDING LEASING PLEASE CHOOSE ANY OTHER PLACE BUT THIS ONE, THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU SO MUCH! THAT SOMETHING WORTH $1,800 YOU WILL BE PAYING $4,000 FOR THROUGH THEM. ZERO STARS IM MAD THAT I HAVE TO GIVE THEM ONE.

      Purchased a mattress for mattress firm and wanted to do the 90 day same as cash however after six phone calls within a month and numerous emails from them and theyre nasty customer service they took money out my account when it supposed to have been a 90 day Without my approval, then after I called them They did not want to resolve anything

      This is the last time I will be purchasing anything with Progleasing. I was approved for a **** laptop and then I requested for an upgrade and she stated that ecommerence needs now proof of residency. I sent a pic of the name, utility and address. They said no it has to be the entire pic which to me doesn't make any sense since I sent all that was needed. I requested justification to why they need the entire sheet cause I'm skeptical about sending out all my information to anyone (I don't trust people). They would not tell me anything but for proof of verification. That's not an acceptable response. I will not be working with the company anymore. You all lost a customer.

      If I could give you 0 stars I would. Progressive Leasing is a horrible company. A **** rip off and Lowes should be ashamed of themselves for using this bogus a** company. Yall prey on ppl who you believe can not get a loan in other way! Ppl please start outweighing your options. This company wants to **** you of your funds!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I used Progressive Leasing to make a purchase through Best Buy. I was approved, charged, and sent a signed contract. The order never went through on the Best Buy side. Progressive Leasing had to cancel my lease and told me to reapply since there was a processing error. I was denied because I had just applied. I was told by customer service that it was because my order was online and not pickup, and to apply AGAIN except choose pickup. I was denied again. This was manipulative behavior that damaged my credit and left me without my order. I am so upset.

      I used them once before for a Christmas present. I thought Id try again for a washer. I had one approval for Lowes. Once I was ready to use it, it was canceled out and someone hacked my account and got a tv from ******** The person hacked my info and ordered one. I called them right up explained the situation and they refuse to do anything about it. They wont take off my bank account info. So no thanks to these idiots, I had to pay 30 for new cards and put my account on alert. Not to mention put a hold on my credit report and all this over stuff. I did make a police report with my local police. I would not recommend using them. If you look it up, progressive leasing has been sued by the ************************ back in 2022. So dont use them. They are crooks.

      Called 5 times today and verified as much information as possible 4 to 5 times and they still needed more,, 2 of the calls the guest couldn't even find the information i submitted. I was on the phone with them from 11:03am EST to 3:48pm EST. The worst experience ever..

      I have used progressive leasing and did not have any problems at all paid off my lease on time
