I have a current lease from progressive leasing which I'm paying on. we have a plan worked out but i am receiving 20+ calls a day from several different numbers all leading to the same company. I am trying to work and they interrupt my work day. I have asked them to not call me during my working hours but they continue to do so leading to all of their calls becoming almost harassment.Business Response

I have never given permission for Progressive Leasing to withdraw money from my account. I spoke to my bank and they said that it looked like an old check that *** have been used in a transaction from someone. They put a stop payment on the check information and now they are withdrawing from my account, using the information of POS Debit **********************************************. They have been taking ***** per week from my account since September - I DID NOT place any agreements with them. I want them to refund my money and I want an explanation from them as to what is going on. I will be going to my bank to get a new account # and they will no longer be able to debit my account. I've been contacted by this business in person at my home.
I have no knowledge of any accounts with them. I have recently been a victim of credit card fraud. I've frozen my credit and worked with the credit bureaus to remove unknown accounts.
I have no information to provide to thus company regarding any business or purchasing with them.

I have a bed on lease from them that I can no longer pay and their customer service number is a joke. It doesn't even ring. They keep messaging me about a missed payment but when I say I need to end the lease they stop responding.Business Response

I made a payoff payment that was advertised on their app earlier this morning. I placed the amount of the payoff on the main screen $37.47 in the amount to be paid. The payment amount on the next screen was not the amount that was on the main screen. I proceeded with the amount on the main screen as that was what was told to me by the app. After I made the payment, the amount paid was applied to my OTHER account. NOT the account that I was trying to pay. This is a HUGE flaw with the app. This MUST be fixed. I have a video of me making the payment from my phone.Business Response

In the past I have always used progressive, and I don't really know if this is a progressive issue or best buy honestly or a bit about both. I paid off several things with prog, except the last items, i actually returned those to the best buy i picked them up from(and it was a headache) its been so long so i don't remember the specifics on everything but believe some things were speakers that arrived damaged.i thought everything was good because I have never received any emails, calls or letters. I finally want to use them again and log into my account to find I still owe them over 2 grand on this stuff that was returned! During the height of covid in 2021 and i dont understand why i was never contacted, checking my account they have the right email, right phone number and right address.. I have emailed progressive with no response, unfortunately i work to much to stay on hold(big hold times)its terrible to think you're in goo d standing as you always have been only to find out without even a single piece of communication when you need the service again you are not...and if Im still liable for these payments then I'll need best buy to return the returned merchandise (working merchandise) to me.Business Response
