      They changed how often I make payments and are taking money out of my bank account early. They said I started my leases in November when I started them at the beginning of December and saying that one lease was semi monthly when my receipt from their partner cricket told me that I would not make a payment till January. They then took out $86.61 from my account on December 15th without my knowledge and put the account in the red now the payments came out again today and put the account further into the red. This company seems very shady especially if I go to try to find my lease on their website and it says no lease found.

      When I got my phone back on December 3,2023 I started my lease at once a month for $86.61 and now they are saying it's twice a month and continue to take money out of my account twice a month for my moto Razr and that puts my wife's and my bank account in the negative and we are on a limited income and I have already disputed December's charge with my bank and Progressive keeps pulling the money out twice a month and this time they changed the supposed second payment date from the 15th to the 16th I want this stopped now

      I would like an explanation of how and why they started to charge my card with my consent or authorization. They began charging me in November of 2023 in the amount of $92.61 and this was followed by two more transactions of $92.61 in December of 2023. I had never heard of this company before and did not sign any documents to allow my card to be used with this company. If they used my card as a backup form of payment for someone else's debt this is a major problem because I have not authorized nor approved my card to be used for any such purposes. I am also going to report the card company because they allowed these charges without following up with me.

      Credit ******** is still accusing me of these charges. I would like documentation from progressive leasing stating that these were not my charges sent to Credit ********. I do not wish to be made to look like a liar. I pay my bills and debt but I refuse to pay someone else's or be accused of lying. Credit ******** told me I have to file a police report against your company to have it removed and I think that's ridiculous when your company can right their wrong.

      Purchased a mattress and base from Mattress Firm using Progressive Leasing. Entire transaction has been awful. Took over a month to get the base. Progressive Leasing caused multiple problems with my order by inexplicably canceling the order and refunding initial payment. The problems continue to plague the account. They are impossible to reach with wait times exceeding 1 hour. Once on phone with rep she was rude would not listen only wanted to read from a script. Between the time of initial purchase and the 2nd rewriting of lease due to their mistakes, they once again failed to listen and put incorrect closed account info into the lease. Due to lost card I had to get all new cards which I TOLD them. When I attempted to get them to correct the issue and this was a 3 month same as cash. Now they switched to 12 months plan, more than doubling price, are charging a closed account. I made a payment prior to lease due date to increase my payments, but they charged me a late fee after having refused/failed to update to correct payment info. I dispute any late fee, damage to my credit. These are scammers who intentionally mess up the contract to make it cost 2-3 times more and you cannot reach anyone in a reasonable manner who can competently correct problem.

      In June of 2023 I went through progressive leasing to purchase a washer dryer and 2 cell phones. This is not our first time. For some reason our washer and dryer did not get delivered u til Augiat if 2023.. which caused our lease nor to start until September. We could not make any payments until all items were delivered When we were going to make our last payment Progressive Leasing already had tried to go inthe bank account... we usually make the payments before having nit come out.. the informed us we had to wait. Upon waiting my wallet was stolen and all my money had been used for credit... I called and spoke to them explained what's going on they gave me an extension. Once we had all the stuff almost disputed I made a ****** payment to them. In Dec 14th I called them again before the next transaction for the remaining balance they informed me they already took the payment out and when I explained it wasn't going to clear they told me again I had to wait on the 19th I call and that's when they explained to me that I now had to pay ******* in order to satisfy the bill because theb15th payment was rejected. Even though I tried to call and tell them to take the payment the other way.This is not fair. I only owed ******* so why do I now have to pay *******. I have used this company 3 times and never had anything like this happen. It's totally unfair to me as a loyal customer

      I ordered a Denon DJ controller on a site from guitercenter.com. this item was shipped but I never got this item i have called the lady from the Guitercenter ************************** **************** ) she told me that she would reach out to *** to check for me because i couldnt get anywhere with them.. Then she called me back and said that they would be reaching out to me and they would do a Investagation .. Now I nevver heard from *** at all.. Called ************************** 9 days later and she now tells me they have closed the investagation . I would need to get a police report.. Now I have called Progressive leasing to tell them that i have not gotten my item from ****** center and they are putting me throught a whole lot of trouble just to get this problem fixed. I spoke to a ********************* at Progressive leasing and he said that they have a investagation team that would be reaching out to me Today again I call all parties and no help now there trying to stick me with a bill for a product i never reciveced..       Last month we financed a phone with this company. But I have been trying to get into my account for a while and it can't find my lease. When I call, I knows it right away. But I can't get anyone to answer in a timely manner since 8 don't have the time during their business hours to call and sit on the phone for hours waiting. They have already taken money out of my account numerous times and I have no way to see my account. I just want access to my account online.

      Ive been paying $500 payments every month to pay off my couch which was around 3k and now due to family emergency they have agreed to adjusted my balance owed. I only owed $800 left but because it was over 3 months they agreed to $1600 balance. Now that they said they gave me a lower payment to accommodate and got my card information to use to pay off charges , they have not sent an email like they said they would of remaining balance agreed upon to pay. (new terms of lease) they also stated that I would be able to access my new terms of agreement online, however that was a LIE!!!! I CANNOT . I have attempted to access new lease online and have gotten multiple messages like other customers who are complaining, asked to change their password because its incorrect . Ive changed the password 5 times within 30 minutes and I know for a fact im typing in the correct password because I saved the password to my computer. This is an attempt on behalf of progressive leasing to collect money fraudulently because they have yet to provide me with the terms of my lease for the agreed amount monthly payment, although they said I would be able to view it online on the customer portal. They have purposely not granted me access to my online portal, as they have done to other customers, so that I cannot access my terms of lease so I am left in the dark about the charges i will be paying to them. Therefore I will be stopping payment on this coming transaction. AND like another customer stated they harass you every day to make payments!!!! they would call upwards to 20 times a week and show up at your house. THIS IS HARASSMENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL/UNETHICAL to not allow customers intentionally to have access to their customer portals to view lease terms and payment information given.

      I have had accounts off and on through this company and have not been behind before. I talked to several customer service representatives asking for my payments to come out on the 1st and 15th of each month. The company kept trying to take payments out prior to this date causing over draft charges. I fell behind because of this and was working with them. I made arrangements to pay ****** on the 15th of November and ****** on the 1st of December. They tried to take out ****** today, which I didnt agree on and it didnt clear the bank. The collection called wanting payment. I was upset about them trying to take the money out of my account when we didnt agree on it. Further, I asked that no more withdrawals come out of my account. She said,So, you dont want to make automatic withdrawals any longer I explained my financial situation and was waiting for my trailer to be sold and would get it all caught up. Not two hours later, a Progressive representative showed up at my house with an enterprise truck trying to collect payment. This was embarrassing. He was really nice; however, he wanted payment. Tried explaining that I already talked to someone, but he has no record. I feel the representative on the phone was being vindictive and revengeful because I was angry and wanted them not to take money out of my account so she sent someone to my house where all my neighbors could see and intimidate me. This was wrong and I feel harassed; although, the man who showed up at my door was really respectful. I ended up paying the ****** to him by borrowing money. This is humiliating to say the least.

      I am rejecting this response because the company is going to be listening to the audio recordings of the conversations that I had with customer service. Although future visits and auto pay will no longer be an option, it was not explained to me why they proceeded to take $209.00 out of my checking account without my authorization for a past due balance.  I remember authorizing $100.00, not $209.00.  Also, I would like an explanation as to why they sent a person out to my house when I discussed my issues with someone on the phone about 2 hours earlier.  Someone doing field work in the area is not good enough.  I talked to someone so a field visit should not have happened.  I appreciate ** calling me and taking care of any future issues which is fair, but not good enough.

      Purchased Furniture from Wayfair May of 2023. Original lease was $3612.78 53 months.
      Payments were made in the amount of $150.00 bi weekly. All payments were paid current until a family emergency occurred. I had just returned home from the hospital when I received a gentlemen by the name of Henry from Progressive leasing. Stating I owed $700 and would take cash or card. Did not request my identification prior to releasing personal information. I have not received a single voicemail or notification of debt collection from Progressive and when I asked for the verification, the employee simply stated they have people out collecting debts. Company is based out of UT and is not licensed to collect debts in the State of Texas. He wanted to set up payments with my card and I stated I would contact the 1800 to verify his information. The exchange was caught on video recording of his solicitation and collection efforts. Due to unfair debt collection practices I am requesting they update my account to show paid in full and no further collection efforts will be made. I have filed a claim with the Texas Attorney Generals office for additional legal advise.
