      I came to the southside blvd location on 3/30 and didnt receive my apple pie and the chicken tenders were hard and inedible. i immediately called and spoke to a manager who told me to come anytime to have it remade. i came on 4/9 and they had me come inside and immediately had an attitude. the employee was rude and kept insinuating i didnt talk to anyone until i showed her my call log. then they remade it but still charged me for a drink and on top of that they told me my honey mustard was in the box and i didnt realize it wasnt until i drove off. then i came back and an overweight black female at the window had a disgusting attitude and argued with me and told me i was lying and the honey mustard was in the bag. she was ghetto and unprofessional. i will never come here again

      Order was delivered to wrong house. ******** said it couldn't be replaced and whataburger didn't refund. I keep getting the runaround and need my money back neither company will take care of this. I am on social security and need my money but neither will take care of this.

      This whataburger gets EVERY SINGLE ORDER WRONG. They constantly forget items. Make meals incorrectly. There is always a puddle of grease, two bottom buns, cold food, RAW CHICKEN.I cannot stress this enough in the last 10 times I have been there. EVERY SINGLE TIME there was something wrong. Then they decline me a refund due to the amount being too High. I have a family of five so no s*** its going to be 60 dollars worth of there c*** food. The city of ****** needs this store to get shut down and investigated and rebuilt h*** just demolish the **** building. I also forgot to mention health issues. No gloves, no masks, no hair net, week old oil, dirty grill and floors I beg you please send someone out there to shut these people down

      On march 10 at around 12 am I was attempting to use the Whataburger app to buy food. I got an error that the offer I was trying to use had already been used, even though I didnt use it yet. I have had this issue with the app before and the last time I had to close the app out a couple of times to get the error to stop. I did this 5 times and on the 5th attempt I got an insufficient funds message on app and from my bank. Not once during this process was I notified I was being charged or holds were being placed. I went into the store and showed the ******* ****** the Whataburger app and my bank app and explained the issue. He told me the app was not his problem and tried to charge me again to get the food I had already been charged 4 times for. He kept trying to explain the bank hold process even after I told him I knew how it worked and never authorized these holds. He gave no resolution, I was forced to leave and call a customer support number on the app. Once I got a hold of a ***resentative she told me I had to wait for the next business day for a manger to reverse this. I explained as I did to the store ******* that this was my only meal of the day and I had Chronic Kidney Disease and this was important for me to eat, as I had no food at home and no more money to get more food. They could do nothing. I asked for the customer service ***s ******* and she said it would take a few business days to reverse, even though the previous *** told me it would be done the next day. And when I explained my health situation to the ******* she started making fun of my health issue. She told me to calm down before I had a heart attack. I told her I did not have heart issues and she still made comments implying I was gonna have a heart attack.

      I went to this location *************************************************************************************, we ordered drive through and the order was completely wrong my husband pulled around after we received our order and went inside they agreed to a refund yet this was never done. I have filed complaints with corporate and the location never responds. terrible customer service. I need to be fully refunded.

      I drove up to the drive thru intercom at 6:55 pm and the worker said to pull around to the second lane. I pulled to the second lane there were 2 cars ahead of me and 1 car on the first lane. The worker took my order and walked away, no thank you, didnt ansknifbi wanted ketchup or a receipt. Another worker came out at 7:10 with 1 drink. She asked the 2 cars before me if the was their drink . They both said no, then she came to me and it was my drink. The time was now 7:15 and there were 20 cars total in both lanes. The 2 cars before were still waiting. At 7:20 the worker brought out the food for the car in lane 1. I walked into the restaurant to see what was happening and the workers were laughing and playing around while 20 cars outside and people waiting in the restaurant. I didnt say a word, I just walked out. I went back to the car and at 7:30 the worker brought me my food, but the 2 cars in front of me were still waiting, so I asked the worker how am I supposed to leave when they are still waiting in their food. She said I will get them to move. I sat waiting for 5 more minutes and she brought their food out. I drove off and counted the cars waiting and it was 25 circled around the restaurant. By the time I got home, my food was cold and my drink was watered down. This is unacceptable. They need to have someone from upper management to come in and make some drastic changeds. Everyone I talk to always complain about this Whataburger. This has been happening for a very long time. Several people I know go to the location in ********** or the I-10 location.

      My roommate ordered from the whataburger app and we split the cost but the food never arrived. We went to the store to get the order replaced and they said they couldn't do anything because they use a third party delivery company but they had no number for us to contact anyone to ask for a refund. After we attempted to contact multiple delivery services to find out who the delivery was under we called the store back and the manager said he didn't use the whataburger app and that he prefers to eat at ********** or El Pollo loco and that none of the whataburger employees used the app. We have no recourse the get our food or a refund

      We came to Whataburger for our food and I ordered bacon with my burger. I was charged $1.50 for it and of course the scanner to scan my app wasn't working as always. I got home and checked my food and there was NO bacon in my burger. I have the following cases open (CRM:00280722562, CRM: ***********, CRM: ***********) Not one response from any of them. I'm not interested in giving multi-million dollar companies extra money for items I did not receive.

      Sun 02/02/25 10pm at store 1467 operated by ****** ***** Had to keep repeating the order, because emp[loyee wasn't paying attention. Ordered $40.25 and order was totally wrong, The only correct items were the drinks, and the cups were wet and dirty, a lid was loose. Have reached out to the store 4 times in the past 2 weeks, and get NO reply! Also went there on 02/01 and the strawberry shake had shake all over the outside of the cup, which ended all over the leather interior of my *****.

      I went to Whataburger on 01/02/2025. I ordered for dine in & when I got my order the chicken strips were clearly VERY old! They tasted like rubber, cold, and just by the look of it you can tell it was sitting for days or reheated. I didnt eat any of my meal only the fries because of how old the chicken strips were. I filed a complaint with corporate on 01/02/2025 as well to notify them of my experience, and they said someone should get back to me within 2-3 business days. No one ever did so I called again, and they said the same *********** way past the time frame! The fact that they didnt care enough to follow up and address being served old food is alarming. I am requesting a refund for my order.
