I visited Store# **** at ********************************************************************** on February 11, 2024 where I attempted to use the kiosk to place my order. I was able to enter my order in and when I attempted to pay, the kiosk errored out but the charged went through on the card reader. I attempted to place the order again and, again, the kiosk errored but the charge was approved again on the card reader.I brought this to the attention of the manager who told me the pending charges would fall off since the order didn't go through. She had me place my order with a person at the register.The two failed kiosk attempts did NOT fall off and I was ultimately charged $22.16 twice in error. I contacted the store about this and was told to contact corporate as they were the ones in charge of the kiosks.I have submitted multiple tickets online and have called the corporate number several times to get this rectified. I am not getting any type of follow-up on any method. I want my $44.32 back! And, since I have had to go through this for a month and half now without resolution, I feel I am actually owed A LOT more than that.
