      I never take time out of my day to leave a review about anything. With that being said, I love whataburger, but the one in my town *****. They are always out of simple things, the wait to order food is outrageous let alone the amount of time you have to wait to actually get your food. The only reason I still go there is because I like the food. Please help correct this HIGHER UPS!!!!!P.S.. I only put 1 star just because I had to so I could submit this Deridder, ********* *****

      Went to a whataburger in ************ and the service is terrible. ******************* store number 448. They had about 6 employees working and no one could help you. Was there.for about 5 minutes or better and and no want could . They went to their store office. To get the manager and still could help We finally left and we went to the business next door to get something to eat. This whataburger store is getting worse everyday. Guess we need to start going somewhere else. Now it remains to be seen if anything is done about **********

      This store and its representative ******* ***** charged me for something they did not deliver.They then refused to refund me and made me submit a request through the app. I have done so twice only to get generic email templates in response. I called the customer care center and they refused to help and were unable to access my account which I have been using for years. A horrible experience on all levels.

      I used to work here for a year but two months before I left the job this location had managers come in and start to take up lot of the business and was unfairly treated and my pay rate was demoted lower and position was demoted as well.

      Business refused to give me money back form an order I never even received. Avoid this company at all costs. Stealing money and never getting the product is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

      If you are looking for good food/service.... DO NOT go to the Whataburger on Spur 63.My husband and I went there this morning and it was the absolute worst experience either of us have ever had going out to eat anywhere.Even though the young lady that took our order was struggling, she was very sweet.The problem came after we got our food. My burger was literally dripping, the bun was soaked with condiments. My husband ordered 2 taquitos and one of them was wrong. I took my burger and the wrong taquito back up to the register. I tried to explain to the young lady at the register but she was not understanding. The cook asked me through the window (I believe his name was ******* not positive on that)if he could help. At first he was very nice, then the young lady and him Converse through the window, she showed him the receipt and it showed him that the burger was ordered correctly which it was. That was not the problem the problem was that the burger was soaking wet. I just asked if I could have a regular burger with just mustard the way it comes to replace it. He then raised his voice came out of the kitchen grabbed the Burger off of the counter opened it up and showed me and said this is how it comes if I make you another one it'll be the exact same way I said fine then please just give me a refund. Then two managers appeared, which before were nowhere around. He started yelling and told my husband to check his wife repeatedly. He started cursing at the managers. Said he wasn't putting up with this BS anymore and that he was leaving. The managers kept trying to get him to calm down but not one time did anyone ever apologized to me or my husband. I was given a refund and was told to have a nice day and we left. I contacted the operating partner Cortoney Prince.... I told him what happened and this was the response I got....Imma look into this sorry bout that I'm not one to usually call a place out... But this is ridiculous. And things are just getting worse.
