    To whom it may concern, this June I sent a 1990 NBA Hoops Sean Elliott Rookie autographed card to Beckett Authentication Services (BAS) to get the card graded & the autograph graded and authenticated. I got it signed by Sean when I as about 11-12 years old, I'm 45 now! Finally I got an email from them that they had shipped the card back to me on October 8th, through FedEX. I kept an eye on the tracking & it NEVER moved from October 9th in Hutchins, TX. I gave them a bit, thinking the package was on it's way just that the driver didn't update the tracking. By about Oct. 19 I contacted FedEX. They told me the shipper had to file a claim since it had already been long. It took a few days but finally Abram ***** (the Beckett employee that worked on my cards & the claim) got back to me & said he would open a claim. I contacted FedEx about the status of the complain about a week ago & I was told that one was opened on the 22nd, to contact the shipper. I did but haven't heard from them as of yet. This week I called FedEx again & was told that since October 23rd, they gave Beckett the payment to give to me. I have phoned & emailed Beckett & Abram ***** but I have gotten no reply. One note to add is that the FedEx agent told me that there's a 7 day investigation done before they mark a package as "lost" & pay the compensation. Weirdly they didn't do that for me since, the last 2 times I called them, agent A told me the claim was filed on Oct 22nd & agent B (2nd time I called) told me they gave Beckett my payment to give to me on the 23rd! Where is the 7 day investigation!? Both companies are giving me the run around! I even called Hutchins, TX Fed Ex Locations. I wanted to auction the cards since they're valuable. There's no telling how much I could've made from Auctioning the autographed card, from 6-7 figures probably! As of now, I have gotten NO communication from Beckett or Aram. I even tried contacting a different Beckett employee.

    March 29, 2022, I subscribed to Beckett's virtual price guide for a 6mo period for $199.99. Ten days later on April 8, 2022, I had called in to make sure that my subscription would not be automatically renewed. I was told over the phone that it was taken care of and I would not be automatically renewed. Six months later on September 29, 2022, my bank account was charged $199.99 for a renewed subscription to Beckett. October 6, 2022, I called customer service to address the situation. The customer service representative, ******************* w/ EntrustGlobal, told me that they do not give refunds for the virtual price guide. I reiterated that I had called in prior to cancel the auto renewal. Again, he told me "no refunds". I asked to speak with a supervisor. **** put me on hold to get a supervisor. After about 3 minutes, he returns and explains that his "supervisor" was in a meeting and could not come to the phone at the moment and that he would have the "supervisor" call me back within 24-48hrs. After hanging up with ****, I decided to call back and try another department in order to reach a supervisor. Turns out, ******************* is the ONLY customer service representative that works for Beckett. EVERY department choice directs you to *********************** phone. Irritated, I also decided to send an email to customer service just to be sure that I was not overlooked. They replied back the next day. Guess who replied to my email. Yes, *******************. Again, telling me "no refunds" and that a supervisor will call me within next 24hrs. Seven days from when I was told 24-48hrs I sent another email asking why I've not been contacted by a "supervisor" yet. I received an automatic reply to confirm my email was received. It is now been 13 days since I initially called in to get my refund and still I've not received a response or a phone call from a "supervisor". Common sense says that ******************* is the entire customer service team and that there is NO SUPERVISOR. So, I've been stolen from AND lied to

I call and get an ****** man or woman on the phone whom have no answers and cant give details....... I paid in full for my order a month ago making me think it would ship soon........ I was wrong..... at this point they have my team signed baseball, and my money.... this is alway a back situation... I am going to contest the charge on my CC and I hope to get my ball back..... we pay tons of money for grading.. why are you using foreign call centers? your based in ** no ******** pride?needless to say if you support this company in its lies and cons then your supporting ***** and telling that country its ok to take important US jobs....

    Send in 4 cards to be graded. Only 1 card was graded. Was charged for 4 cards services. No proper refund?!

    I submitted 12 comics most comics had multiple signatures from different artist all the comics came back signature not authenticated no reason to why the signatures did not get authenticated try to contact the company they never called me back to tell me why the signatures did not get Authenticated they charge me for all the signatures they were supposed to authenticate they never provided why they didn't authenticate them. I think this company is completely fraudulent the service they provide is fraudulent. I want a full refund for the signatures they were supposed to authenticate plus the shipping. Especially when they cannot provide me why they did not authenticate the signatures from multiple artist and different comics.

    In July 2022 I purchased a 1 month subscription to their online price guides for $40.99. After the purchase none of the emails they sent me about my purchase stated it was an auto renew purchase. On top of that there was no email sent to inform me that another $40.99 was about to be withdrawn for August 2022. The credit card I used when I signed up is not one i use often so it wasn't until Sept 10, 2022 that I saw they charged me another $40.99 for August 2022. I immediately contacted them via email to find out why I was being charged again. They can look up that I never logged in after my first month. Then while communicating about the charge in August they charged me again $40.99 for September 2022! They tell me this is all non refundable which is ridiculous and possibly deceptive business practices which I may need to take to the Attorney General. They should clearly refund me the September payment since I contacted them before this payment came through and they should refund the August payment if they are a decent company.

    I submitted two baseball cards to be graded. These were manufactured by Hostess, and were embedded on the bottom of the snack boxes that Hostess products would be packaged and sold in. The premise was to cut out the baseball cards once finished with the snacks. A common term for this type of baseball card is known as a "hand cut". The cards were returned as ungraded, but I was still charged the grading fee. The reason given for not grading the cards was because they were "trimmed". As I stated above, all Hostess cards are trimmed, this is the very definition of "hand cut". In this case, the person grading the cards was not completely familiar with the details of the hobby, and there is evidently no quality assurance process applied to grading. Lastly, I tried contacting Beckett directly for two weeks, but could not get the courtesy of a return phone call or e-mail reply.

    I contacted ******* in March 2022 to find out how to get baseball cards graded. My message forth come from Jay Ryan Donayre <********@*******.com> Date: March 16, 2022 at 1:28:42 PM CDT

    I told ******* this was my first time to submit baseball cards for grading, and subsequently talked with ******* several times, learning how to send them cards to grade, requesting grades or subgrades on cards, insurance fees and vintage vs. modern cards. I learned my cards were VINTAGE, and that subgrades were detailed reasons on how cards were graded. Management at ******* (Jay Ryan Donayre) sent me a form to submit cards I wanted graded which included prices. That form is attached.
    You will see I paid for a great deal of insurance and selected my cards to be graded under the express timeline with subgrades. When my cards were returned, there were no subgrades, only grades. This costs $50/card less to grade. NO WHERE ON THIS FORM OR THE ******* WEBSITE DOES IT SAY THERE ARE NO SUBGRADES FOR VINTAGE CARDS. NO WHERE ON THE SUBMITTED FORM DOES IT SAY YOU HAVE TO PAY $150 PER VINTAGE CARD EVEN THOUGH YOU WON'T GET SUBGRADES.
    This is fraud. I paid for subgrades and didn't receive them. I called ******* grading and spoke to Jay Ryan Donayre himself, who said no adjustments would be made for grading my cards. In essence, they charged me for something not delivered and refuse to make a monetary adjustment or clarify on their forms the correct was to submit and pay for grading vintage cards.
