    READ THE COMPANY STATEMENT BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR CARDS! They are a rip off!!!! THEY DAMAGED MY PIKACHU EX SURGING SPARKS WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION! They are non responsive. I sent them 3 emails to refund my money and send my cards back ungraded and they ignored me! I WILL NEVER USE THEM TO GRADE ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!

    I submitted a grading order directly to Beckett at a card show and they made so many errors with it, from grading calculations to shipping it back. 1st, when they tried to ship it back, they filled out the paperwork wrong, amount of cards, weight, what it is and how much work was done. Basically everything on the shipping form was wrong and didn't match the contents. This caused it to be flagged by customs and I had to encurr charges to get my package details corrected before i could get my cards back. I had to hire a customs broker on my own dime to straighten everything out. They put 1 card instead of 9 and the cost of work was the insured amount, not the grading cost.2 the grading on the cards is wrong, math wise. For example, I have a card with 2 9.5s and 2 8.5s, thus it should be a 9, but they graded it 8.5. While .5 doesn't seem like much, in grading, it's huge. Damaged one of my cards which is a rare /10 that was shipped as a redemption from panini. Never opened case, yet now has severe surface damage.Their customer service number hangs up and says to email, they do not respond to me over email.I was given a direct email and phone number to supply the info to, which since I supplied the evidence has stopped responding. The phone number I was given is no longer attached to anyone at Beckett.I reached out on social media, they blocked my account.They are based in ***** and im in ******, so I have no recourse, and they know it. The ceo just plead guilty to 2 billion in fraud. Several graders were found guilty of tampering regarding the black label designation.They charge canadian taxes without a canadian business number. That's tax fraud and theft.I cant really stress it hard enough. BECKETT IS A SCAM.

    If I could grade lower than 1 star I would. Truly awful. I paid for standard service and 5 months later, still nothing. A "customer service" *** emailed me to apologize, made an excuse about their "backlog" and said it would ship out within a few days. Two months later I'm still waiting. No follow up, no updates, just silence. This company is a TOTAL SCAM!

    I pay to keep track of my collection and its value. As of late, it does not display. I have called the company and the disinterested employee gave me some suggestions that I already knew and did on my own prior to calling. I also tried four different browsers and the collection is not to be seen. Their customer service is useless and they apparently have no tech support available to assist me. I will not be renewing my subscription to this uncaring company.

    I have been a subscriber of Beckett Online Price Guide for the last 9 months but decided to cancel my subscription two months ago. They do not offer the capability to cancel this subscription online and require that you call them on the phone which is a joke because no one ever answers and you are required to leave a voice message. I did this back in September, did get a call back several hours later and was reassured that my subscription would be cancelled. Then I was charged again in October. I called back the day this charge went through and after several tries did get someone on the phone who reassured me that they would personally cancel my subscription. Then I was charged again today (Nov. 14). I was told in October that they were unwilling to reimburse me for the charges. ******** customer service and kind of a scam.

    I paid Beckett to authenticate 2 items for me. I paid for additional shipping coverage for damaged or loss. 1 of my items was damaged in transit and I filed a report immediately. I have been waiting 6 weeks and dozens of emails back and forth with pictures of my damaged item. I have had zero progress. Don't ever use Beckett as a grading company or to get authentication services. In the small chance there is a problem you will get zero help or resolution. STAY AWAY

    Beckett is now ripping off subscribers to online price guides even worse! They now limit the searches to X amount depending on the type of subscription, but can't tell you how many searches you get but they can tell you what percentage you have used? If you happen to hit your allotment, if you buy another 30 day subscription, you don't start at 0%...they apply the current months searches from your prior subscription! TOTAL RIP-OFF.

    This company! I sent in a signed jersey signed by someone who is deceased, paid for the fast turn-around only to have them send my item to a random location in ************** when I am in *****! They have now stopped answering my emails and I will likely need to resort to either going to their facility in person or legal action. The jersey is worth thousands of dollars as well. Just incredible.

    Beckett **************** treats customers like trash when they prove theyre right. I took photos of my card before it got packaged by Beckett. When they returned my card corners were messed up like they might have dropped it. Showed them before and after photos and they stopped responding. Made the comment that its your word against ours. Then when I produced pictures I never heard anything back The customer service lady names is **** Dont waste your money with this company. They could care less about you or your cards.

    It's been 9 weeks since I paid for the *********************** Still nothing and the don't answer calls or emails. The Nationals are coming up the end of July. They should not be able to do business until they clean up the mess and backlog they have.
