            The month of October 2023 I submitted a maintenance request regarding a leak in the kitchen causing mold under the sink. A week after the request maintenance took a look at it and mentioned the kitchen cabinets would probably have to be removed and it would be discussed with the owner, took pictures and left. The leak had not been fixed at that point. A few weeks passed and I still had no update as to what the resolution would be. I called the office and I was told that nothing would be replaced, I asked if the leak could ay least be fixed and they sent maintenance to do just that. It has been several months and I have decided it’s best I move out of the apartment even if my lease isn’t up for two more months. As I have two small children a 7 year old and a 11 month old, the black mold under the skin is of concern for their health as it is for mine.
