"My Xbox broke and I called microsoft and was trying to find the cost of the part when I seen the cost, I asked if there was anything else we could do and I got told to make a warranty and wait until the 13th of August and I could send it in for repairs, however when I called on the 14th of August and they said if it was broke within the first 30 days of paying they would not cover it, which is the complete opposite of what they told us to get us too sign up for this plan. we have been trying to work it all out and they will not provide helpful support whatsoever anymore."
