First of all I have a sign posted next to my doorbell that says, "NO SOLICITING" and a sales rep from this company caught me off guard and hooked me into a contract to take care of problems with insect pest home invasion and to top it off to treat for mosquitos was an extra fee. He also stated that if I agreed to 1 treatment to the tune of $149.00 plus $99.00 to treat mosquitos, that I could opt out of the contract at anytime. When I realized the treatments they performed DID NOT WORK after a couple of attempts, as I still saw spiders and was bit by mosquitos, I didn't want to pay for anymore treatments. After a manager called me yesterday, I explained I didn't want to continue services, he stated that I would have to pay a fee. I discovered yesterday that they are charging my credit card for an "EARLY CANCELLATION FEE" of $149.00. I have received absolutely no good customer service from this company. I would appreciate if they would reverse this charge because I was totally mislead:(

SCAM!!! High pressure sales tactics. Hidden contract. Extremely rude and condescending staff once you have an issue. They caught me outside while hosting an event for my child who was home for a couple days from the military. I said no, no, NO but he wouldnt leave!! I wanted to get back to my family and not cause a scene so I stupidly agreed to this $99 trial service as it was explained to me and signed my name on a tablet for them to be on my property. It was not a trial! It was a 12 month contract with early cancellation fees! I didnt realize this until they started sending messages about coming back and I told them no thanks. So I decided to just try it out and see since I was locked in. The second person that came out didnt even do MY house. I watched my security camera and it was the house next door! They walk around your house with a toilet brush on an extension pole and bounce it off the soffit and then dump some pesticide on a small patch of your lawn. If they spray inside expect a huge mess and spray on your carpets, furniture, everywhere. They honestly just make the wasps mad and then they attack for several days before moving to a spot 10 foot away from their first home. This is a total scam from what Ive witnessed. Now Ive been charged a $170 cancellation fee. Im in almost $500 for a pesticide dump in my house, one toilet brush to the soffit, and about 25 ft of yard treated, and one treatment to the house next door! If Joshs comes to you, dont answer the door! If you call them thats your choice, but I will run if I ever see one of their trucks again. Im so disgusted with the way this was handled. I didnt even request the service and am so mad I didnt stick to my gut and tell him to get off my property. If you have to ******* people to make money then be ready to fail miserably in the end as a successful company. Id give zero stars if I could. Please read all the other reviews saying these same things, wish I would have thats for sure!!

Our rep spoke to this customer on 4/27/22. After that conversation our rep emailed the service agreement to ************************** the very same day around 4PM. It is shown that the email has been opened 5 times since being sent.We also texted the phone number on file "**************" with a link to the service agreement for the customer to view as well. Lastly, we emailed a layout of what occurred on the first service, as well as letting the customer know there's a portal to view the agreement, service detail, or to update any sort of payment information online. On 5/13/22 we left a voicemail for a free termite inspection On 6/2/22 we left a voicemail for a free termite inspection On 6/21/22 we send notifications that we are servicing the property again, service the property, and then send a receipt of payment for the service. On 7/21/22 the customer sends a message stating they aren't interested in the service anymore and mentions increased wasp activity saying that it's worse and they are more aggressive. Later that day at around 4pm we leave a voicemail offering to come back out to service for free since they had a persistent pest issue. No response from the customer. On 8/5/22 We attempt to call again and leave a voicemail explaining warranty services, also explaining taking the initial discount back if we don't hear from the customer. On 8/9/22 We hadn't received any correspondence from the customer and charged back the discount that was given on the 1st service in accordance with the service agreement. On 8/10/22 Customer calls back asking why we charged the card on 8/9. Ms claims that we sprayed all over the home and all over her carpet inside the house and she wasn't ok with it. We offered to come out and fix things with a warranty service and the customer says that they no longer live at the location.

The cold call rep had a sob story about making money for college, and we should give him a chance. He was extremely pushy. He kept lowering the price to bear additional pressure to get us to agree to the purchase. We asked for a business card...none. He had no written literature explaining the agreement. He attempted to pressure us to sign an agreement on an I-Pad, plus asking us to give our credit card number. NO WAY. In my opinion, no reputable business behaves this way.

I was scammed. I was at my uncles house who had passed a few weeks earlier, trying to start cleaning up. A nice young salesman named ***** came to the door, and explained their service. I said I was not interested. He gave me his card. I talked to my wife and called him back. I said we would pay for them to come spray once, as long as they were in the neighborhood. We would not be set up on a quarterly service because we were planning on selling my uncles house asap. He assured me this would be fine. I got billed on my credit card as agreed. Then they billed again a month later for the supposed service contract that I signed. They had no access to the house, so how did they perform the service they had charged me for? Even if I had signed a contract, even though I refused to sign anything with the young man, for this very reason. They said they emailed me a copy of the contract. That was funny because they did not even have my email. I then tried calling the office and received a personalized automated message saying they are sorry, but I signed the contract and that is that. I finally got around that and talked to a manager, who talked over me. He finally said he would discontinue service from now on, and would not charge me for breaking contract early. A contract I never signed, and have yet to see. How about my money back? Not to mention my time dealing with this. Scammers.

We take this claim very seriously and regret that there was a misunderstanding. The customer was allowed to cancel with no penalty or consequence other than paying for services already renderedplease note we honored the discount previously given and did not charge full price even though it would have been within our right to do so.On 6/20/22 We sent the service agreement to the email "********************"On 6/21/22 We sent the service agreement to the phone # ************** We also texted "Your first service is complete! You may notice an increase in pest activity at first - please allow 14 to 21 days for our treatment to take full effect. Your service is warrantied between regular maintenance services, if pest activity persists please call, email, or text us! Well return next month for your first regular Quarterly Maintenance." This clearly outlines us coming back next month for another service. Our rep **** speaks to the customer on 8/6/22 and notes that the quarterly service on 7/23/22 wasn't complete because the interior wasn't performed. We offered to come back to the inside for free and the customer denied that request. Mr refused to give us an updated email to give him the service agreement as well.
