    I completed a course with this company. That experience was fine. But after a guy named REMOVEDstarted calling, emailing and texting me. I told him numerous times I was not interested in another course. Eventually I told him to remove me from his contract list and stop emailing, texting, and calling me from different numbers. Then he handed my info off to someone else from that company. She just called from a new number and I told her again to have that company stop contacting me. Im sick of being harassed by that company

    DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! They do not have a 100 percent money-back guarantee. On the last day of my course, Knowledgehut implemented a security feature that would time out before receiving the access code via email. REMOVED, the instructor sent a direct link to the class (An obvious issue for other students). Because I accessed the class through the direct link and did not go through the Knowledgehut site, their system displays "Did not attend." I discussed this issue with my representative after New Year's and three additional times after. I could not resolve this issue with Knowledgehut, so I had to pay extra money to take another course from another organization to get the necessary PDUs to take the REMOVEDtest. My representative (REMOVED) is not answering my phone calls or text messages regarding the refund I requested. They will not give me my money back.
