I signed up for a class. Was charged on my credit card. No receipt was sent, no information about how to log in to the class, or confirmation was sent. I have tried reaching out with no response from anyone at the company. On the chat I was given two phone numbers - one was for a random voicemail and the other was dropped the second it was "answered". I have emailed with no response. I am demanding a refund since I have no guarantee the class will happen. Class is supposed to happen on 1/21/26.

Complaint:I enrolled in KnowledgeHuts ASPC course after clearly telling their representative that my REMOVEDcertification had lapsed over 8 years ago and that I no longer worked in a SAFe environment. Despite this, I was encouraged to sign up.After purchasing, I reviewed the course prerequisites and found that ASPC requires:A valid, current SPC certification Significant hands-on SAFe implementation experience I do not meet these requirements, making me objectively ineligible.I immediately requested a refund (Tickets #REMOVEDand #REMOVED). KnowledgeHut acknowledged my first message on Nov 21, then stopped responding altogether. I followed up again on Nov 26 and Nov 28 with no reply since.Their financing partner, Splitit, states that they cannot cancel the payment plan until KnowledgeHut approves the refund. This is misrepresentation, failure to disclose prerequisites, and refusal to respond to a valid refund request.Resolution requested: Full refund and cancellation of payment plan.

There are two transactions I faced with Knowledge Hut and that forced me to believe this institute is not a genuine one and give wrong directions on study.Recent Issue:On April REMOVEDI paid $284 against my CSPO training course. After logging on the day, I found no trainer turned on. After that I neither hear from them nor got my money back. I chat and asked for refund on chat - they give me numbers to reach out. I called and left a message, I didn't get any response.2nd transaction:I took one certification course by paying $800 around money thinking of worth value of certification. Later I found that it was not a valued certification nor I got any certificate issued from this institute on completion.I am writing this review to stop this institute from making any business to go ahead making fraud.

    Hi

I have still not received any responses from my complaint.

I have attached the Bank statement of last payment of $284.90

I request to take the matter urgently as looks like the company does not give priority to quality of product and customers in race of earning money.

    Thanks,

First, they sold me a training bundle that included REMOVEDexam fee of $505CAD without informing me. Not having knowledge of this, I paid another REMOVEDexam fees to PMI to write the exam. When I presented the Knowledge Hut receipt to my work organization, they requested a break down invoice. Upon receiving the invoice from Knowledge Grad, that was when I realized, I had paid for my exam. When I confronted them, they mentioned, the bundle indeed included my exam fee but that they will not refund the money as the exam voucher had expired. I inquired why I was not informed about the voucher or at least reminded that the exam voucher I paid for was expiring, I received no response. My guess is that they did not inform me because they indeed wanted to keep the money.Lack of Disclosure: At no point was I informed that the exam fee was included in my purchase.Failure to Communicate Expiry: I was never notified of the exam vouchers existence, nor was I reminded of its expiry. When I reached out for clarification, I received no response.Refusal to Refund: Upon discovering the duplicate payment and bringing it to their attention, KnowledgeHut refused to refund the exam fee, citing the expiration of the voucher.Non-Responsive to Requests: I also requested my PMI exam enrollment details and received no reply.Falsifying Documentation: To further complicate matters, I received a second invoice from KnowledgeHut showing both the REMOVEDexam and PMI membership as totaling only $450.50 CAD, a figure that contradicts the first invoice which listed only the exam fee at $505 CAD. This discrepancy was deceptive means to make me believe I paid far less for the exam than I actually did.I went on to research this organization and checking online reviews and discovered numerous similar scam alerts on TrustPilot, with several individuals reporting similar incidents of lack of transparency or financial misrepresentation. This pattern suggests that my case may not be an isolated one.

I recently enrolled in a course but after a schedule change at work I was unable to take the course and requested to cancel the course and a refund. Knowledge Hut has continuously ignored my requests for a refund and last stated on 3/3/25 that there are issues with their system. I have yet to hear back from 3/3/25.

Provider cancelled training sessions without a reason and it is forcing me to accept a different schedule which I have conflict with due to work commitment. I am requesting full refund of over $2K fees they charged me for a training session they will not conduct but they are not responsive.

I registered for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification training that runs from Nov 24- Dec 1 for 575$. I made the payment on Nov 23. Knowledge hut cancelled the session and forgot to inform me. I was trying to join the session and the zoom wasnt working. I spent an hour on sunday Nov 24th trying to reach out to them and there was no response and then they confirmed after an hour that they cancelled the session and forgot to remove it from online posting. I told them how disappointed I was and i need a full refund asap and they havent confirmed that they can full refund and no one is responding now. This is just bad business practice

I registered for the Implementing SAFe course to become REMOVEDcertified. I paid for the class $2099, only to receive an email a few hours later advising me that they canceled the course. I have not received any callbacks, email responses, or further communication. I cannot request a refund as they will not communicate with me. They scammed me.

I paid $517 to take the SAFe 6 Agilist Course on September 5-6 I was originally scheduled to take on 5-6 September 2024. I realized I could not take the course and switched to 9-10 September. I then realized that date would not work either and the advisor moved me to the unscheduled pool. After thought I made the decision not to take the class at all and asked for a refund. I was denied. However, after reviewing the criteria they provided for a refund, I do satisfy the criteria. I refer you to the criteria in Section 6.1, subsection Before the Cohort Commencement. You will see under the first bullet where it states " The cancellation request should be registered before the date of the commencement of the course." I cancelled before the class started both with the original date and the subsequent date. Bullett 2 " 100% of the course Fee will be refunded if the request is registered more than 48 hours before the start of the session." I canceled the rescheduled class more than 48 hours before the start. I canceled on the 5th and the class was scheduled to start on the 9th. If anything I am entitled to the third bullet of a 50% refund.
