I am the owner of a small business in REMOVED. In late 2025, my business entered into an agreement with PiePay, LLC (also doing business as GetPiePay / Go Free Pay) for merchant processing services, a Clover POS system, and related services.During the sales process, PiePay represented that they would provide marketing support, gift cards, assistance transitioning from Square to Clover, and a business website for an additional monthly fee. No large upfront website payment or strict limitations were disclosed at that time. After the agreement was signed, several promised services were not delivered. The marketing program was never provided, gift cards were delayed or not delivered, and the assigned sales agent repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled visits to resolve issues. After the original contract was executed, PiePay introduced a separate website invoice requiring a $1,000 down payment, which was not disclosed during the sales process. Despite paying this amount, no completed website or usable preview was delivered within the promised timeframe.I later discovered that PiePay had signed my business up for third-party REMOVEDand website subscriptions using my business name and email. One plan was limited to 100 products, which is not workable for my business and was never disclosed or agreed to. I did not explicitly authorize PiePay to create or manage third-party subscriptions on my behalf. When I raised concerns and requested cancellation and documentation, PiePay responded with payment demands and threats of legal action rather than resolving the issues. I am seeking cancellation of services, confirmation that all third-party subscriptions have been canceled, return of equipment, and a refund for services that were not delivered as promised.

Have repeatedly contacted the company to request statements and pricing breakdown leading to their (originally) REMOVEDdemand letter, which has now somehow risen to REMOVEDin their latest demand letter. Ive been told multiple times a manager will contact me and none have, and have requested REMOVEDof their equipment and have been met with silence.

I have since received a demand letter drafted by an attorney stating I owe REMOVEDnow, and that I have failed to reply to them, and that I have failed to return their equipment.

Go Free Pay is my credit card processing company. I recently found that they have been over charging me for the fees. I tried to cancel my service wit them since April, 2025. But they are not responding my emails, phone calls, or text messages at all. I cannot get ahold with GoFreePay.I would really like to cancel the service with the them and move on.

I signed a contract to have my credit card processing done by this company but decided to terminate the contract a few days later. I have been trying to cancel my account with the company for over 4 months now and they havent done so. They have now stopped replying to my emails. However, I keep getting monthly charges to my bank account.

My business uses this company to process transactions for a small fee. A few months ago started taking almost 30 percent of every transaction and wont say why. Wont return calls or emails. Have taken thousands and thousands of dollars.
