    I try to login into my account and they tell me that's the wrong password and I need to add more money to my account I also got subpoenaed from the court and they told me that they had taken care of this so I am closing this account out get me an attorney because they misleading all their customers is so hard for me to login each month I always have to speak to someone to help me login bad news

    This company is a total rip off! Do not put your hard earned money in this program. Their fees are hidden. They will only show you a portion of what they charge you. They say its your money and you are in control, but at the end of day they are in controls. Run!!!!!!Try credit help from your bank first.

    Shortly after deciding to decline their debt reduction offer, my email box got FLOODED with phishing email for Camp *******, "You won" and "Your order" from Best Buy and ******* ******** phishing, SO MANY DUPLICATE PHISHING EMAIL!!! No, I don't think it was a coincidence as I never received any of them until after I declined their offer. I'm especially peeved because I complimented ******* for being so patient and thorough with me.

    Our company never shares email addresses of consumers who contact us with any third-party entities. We take privacy concerns very seriously. Accordingly, our company is neither related to nor connected with emails from Camp Lejeune, Best Buy or Costco, etc. We have no relationship with those entities and never share emails with those companies (or any other third parties). We also provide all consumers an easy and full-proof way to opt out of any communications from our company. Thank you.

    This. Company seems as a scam If you're not checking your account. I was with ********************** associate from sept 2019 until August of 2022 making monthly payments of $440 monthly for about 6months then they requested more at this time me being retired and disabled I was pay $ 622 month for about 13months as time was going i had financial hard ship I had to lower my payments and as time goes for three years the account when login in would say I have fifteen thousand in my account but when I called this company the tell me I have four thousand in my account, his reply was with 2 of my accounts are closed and paid off with fee already taken but my last card when I called I was asking about my account which says ****** dollars they tell me they charged me $**** for this one account that has not completely paid on they said they gave them $**** and they kept **** dollars for giving them **** dollars of the 3yrs worth of my money that been taking from me all these years please help me get my money back pls follow up on your account don't think they are handling your account they get there share without asking.

    First of the month is rent so I didn't have the funds for monthly subscription so it got declined then soon as I had a little money left over from rent check they ****** it out of my account. The same day I called them to issue a refund because I would not be using them any longer and won't need them this month. I was told their is nothing they can do it about they will not issue a refund thanks for making me struggle til next payday

    On do not call list and still call. The operator on the phone said "im going to screw you up if you file a complaint with the FFC" I filed a complaint and I recommend others do the same.

    I called your main phone number and there person their said they removed my info and put on do not call. One of you is not telling the truth either way its the same company.

    I have no idea how Credit Associates can be in Business...BUYER BEWARE...After 14 Months of representation, I was served with a Subpoena and had to call Credit Associates in order to have them take action & contact the Court to address just one of the debts. Blessing in disguise that it was, I learned that 5 of my other accounts were delinquent/had not been contacted yet, even though Credit Services had taken over $10,000 from me (they took their "fees" for other settled accounts and neglected contacting/settling/paying my other accounts first) over the first 14 Months and were continuing to rack up late/delinquent fees and destroy my Credit. I also learned that the "settlement amount" or Monthly Payment that I was quoted originally (around $600) was far different from the amount that I would pay them (well over $1,000) after they had in fact contacted ALL of my debtors and settled with them. Shame on you Credit Associates for fraudulently operating with such a lack of integrity, for preying on and taking advantage of Consumers who are already financially in dire straits, and for driving them further into financial peril.
