1 starPlease dont waste your time and money!! They are a ripoff. Only put $5,$10 on your bill but take hundreds from you weekly. And willnt give you any refund back if you cancelled. Get your own savings account and set up a budget with your creditor.

1 starWe have been paying the amt. established to begin paying off our debt. So far none of it has gone to creditors we chose to be part of this program in working down our debt. The creditors are now very upset that no payments have been made…. We don’t blame them!!! We have no faith in Credit Associates and will begging the process of getting our money back to pay our creditors!!!!Credit Associates, LLC

1 starThey will completely ruin your credit beyond repair! They advise you not to pay for your credit cards since they will be settling with them but will not pay them off right away. It’s been 7 months now and only 3 out of 10 have been settled. Soooo many missed payments on my credit report! Hiring a lawyer not sure how they’re allow to do this type of business.Credit Associates, LLC

1 starThis company is a total rip off! Do not put your hard earned money in this program. Their fees are hidden. They will only show you a portion of what they charge you. 1 starShortly after deciding to decline their debt reduction offer, my email box got FLOODED with phishing email for Camp *******, "You won" and "Your order" from Best Buy and ******* ******** phishing, SO MANY DUPLICATE PHISHING EMAIL!!! No, I don't think it was a coincidence as I never received any of them until after I declined their offer. I'm especially peeved because I complimented ******* for being so patient and thorough with me.Credit Associates, LLC

Our company never shares email addresses of consumers who contact us with any third-party entities. We take privacy concerns very seriously. Accordingly, our company is neither related to nor connected with emails from Camp Lejeune, Best Buy or Costco, etc. We have no relationship with those entities and never share emails with those companies (or any other third parties). We also provide all consumers an easy and full-proof way to opt out of any communications from our company. Thank you.
