Scam. Working with them made my credit situation worse. And of the ******* I put into their debt "savings" only $661.00 made it to my creditors. They kept the rest....non profit, sure!! And my credit sank another 150 points. I could have done bad all by myself! Now I'm deeper in the whole, and screwed out of $1000.00. It even took me 3 calls and about 1.5 hours to even get through to cancel.

Not too happy with those promises, promises, promises, I was sued by a credit card company. needed help rescheduling the court day since I was going to be away at a family reunion for my mother's 95th birthday, I called Credit Associates for advice since I was told they would contact all the creditors, and reschedule the court hearing, The answer was to let them place a lien on your property, you are retired and they can't garnish my wages, if I had known they were not going to be able to help me and give me more stress I would have done BK, if you are thinking of using a consolidated company, think twice, I advise BK a lot less stressful. I did not want to go that route since I wanted to pay my bills.Credit Associates, LLC

Received a Letter in the mail re: debt reduction. Of course, who wouldn't want debt reduction!Thought more research was at hand...after all could always phone the number listed in the letter a 2nd time...NOT!Research proved this is not legitimate! You make payments to Credit Associates but they NEVER MAKE PAYMENTS TO CREDITORS causing more debt and lawsuits from creditors!!! DO NOT USE CREDIT ASSOCIATES!Credit Associates, LLC

Creditt associates es una empresa de estafadores, despus de 4 meses de haberles pagado mas de $2000 para negociar con mis acreedores nunca llegaron a un acuerdo con ninguno de ellos y mi dinero que supuestamente debe estar en una cuenta de global golden a mi nombre ya no estaba decid retirarme del programa y no me devolvieron *************. Lo que quiere decir que mi situacin financiera quedo peor ya que no cubrieron ninguna de mis cuentas en **** y ellos se quedaron con todo mi dinero. LADRONES ESTAFADORES ahora mi situacin financiera quedo peor de lo que estaba. El asesor *************************** nunca dio la **** no contesta los email ni llamadas telefonicasCredit Associates, LLC

I donot know or understand why all these clients here have so much of a negative about Credit Associate. With me to be honest, i have enrolled in a program with them on January 2021 and now in August 2023. I have already down to 3 accounts left. I paid i mean they negoatiate and paid off my other 3 accounts already. Lendng club, barclays, chase. What else i would Expect from them to keep me on Track and working towards the other 3 Remaining. I had not a single problem with them whats so ever and today i asked them to send me my SETTLEMENT LETTERS from creditors and they Happily Send it on my email. I have to send those letters to DHS for a job related proof. So in two Years CREDIT ASSOCIATES doing pretty good and keep me on track and paying off my Debt effectively and efficiently to the COLLECTORS and doing all the Negotiation on my Behalf and keeping me Away from all those CALLS from debt Collectors. I as a client of CREDIT ASSOCIATE donot think that they are scamming me or not paying my Debt to Creditors.. All i have to do is to keep paying what i agreed to on everymonth whether its 200 or 400 dollar.. I am paying what i have promised and they are doing what they have PROMISED to me. As simple is that.. No problem whats so ever and soon they will negotiate my remaining accounts and i will be debt free in two years!! Good luckCredit Associates, LLC

Credit associates is a scam. They take your money and they don't work for you. Been fighting for over 2 months to get them to make last payment to chase they did not and keep giving me run around. They canceled **** of America instead of paying them they took my ****** dollars that should of went to them. I am either getting a lawyer or they have to pay me what I paid thinking my stuff was paid off.Credit Associates, LLC

Credit Associates goal is not to make it better for you its to make money off of you, for nine months I made payments two of my account they were making payments on I just so happy to go online and look at my account and those two accounts are back to the the original amount with no movement and another account is started with payments so I called them and they lie there is no money to make payments so where is the money and how can you start another account if there is no money to make payment on the ones you been paying on for nine months, they tried to talk me into staying with them saying they can start back where they left off at so Im like what happened to the money you have been taking from me for nine months, I am on social security I believed them and they took advantage of me, I could have saved that money myself and did better than what they did to meCredit Associates, LLC

Please dont waste your time and money!! They are a ripoff. Only put $5,$10 on your bill but take hundreds from you weekly. And willnt give you any refund back if you cancelled. Get your own savings account and set up a budget with your creditor.Credit Associates, LLC

We have been paying the amt. established to begin paying off our debt. So far none of it has gone to creditors we chose to be part of this program in working down our debt. The creditors are now very upset that no payments have been made…. We don’t blame them!!! We have no faith in Credit Associates and will begging the process of getting our money back to pay our creditors!!!!Credit Associates, LLC
